England’s Dirty Secret: The UK Is Quietly Becoming a Slave State Again 🇬🇧
The aristocracy has hacked the UK to its knees
When you think of the UK, what do you envision?
Medieval Cotswolds cottages?
Fortified castles?
Glimmering palaces?
Posh cocktails in private members’ clubs?
Bespoke luxury goods in fashionable shopping districts?
Does it look something like this?
The real Britain is far more grim.
I’ve visited more than 500 British cities, towns, and villages in the past decade, and if you get outside the tourist areas, 90% of Britain looks the same:
Trash, broken glass, and dog refuse everywhere.
Public day drinkers and smokers everywhere.
Boarded-up buildings with “To Let” signs on them.
Mold — black mold, grey mold, green mold — everywhere.
Fat, sickly, bad-teethed, hobbling, tired, poor people everywhere.
Rampant homelessness paired with rampant holiday home rentals.
Poverty, everywhere.
The best way to picture the UK is as it actually is:
When you subtract the world’s largest tax haven (the City of London), Britain is poorer than every state in America including Mississippi.
Think of how bad Mississippi is.
Now imagine even worse.
Then add rain.
Quite a different picture, isn’t it?
[There’s a warning here for Americans and Canadians, too, but let’s focus on the Brits for a bit.]
I hate to burst your bubble, but this is far more representative of what the UK actually looks like:
I’m not cherry-picking photos. I see similar images in real life every week.
That’s what the tourist websites do.
Ask any Brit who makes <£25,000 per year (half the country) what the real UK looks like.
It’s 3.5 million crumbling slum homes.
It’s 2.5 million single moms.
It’s 3.1 million drug addicts.
1 in 5 working Brits now live in poverty.
It’s dire, friends.
Sadly, British poverty is getting worse.
Far worse.
The United Kingdom is currently in a state that Noah Chomsky rightly describes as managed decline.
The bureaucrats in charge of the UK have been given one singular task by the rich elites who back their election campaigns and continue to grease their wheels via lobbying and future corporate board seats:
Ramsack the British people.
Cut taxes on the rich (“to create jobs” 😂)
Cut services for the bottom 99%
Privatize (corporatize) remaining public services for private profit
Sell off public assets at firesale prices to campaign sponsors
Re-write the laws and tax code to favor the rich and impoverish the poor
And boy is it working!
13 million Britons live in poverty (out of just 68M.)
Homelessness is skyrocketing (more than 300,000 households.)
The cost of living crisis has millions choosing between heating and eating each day (can you imagine?)
Real household disposable income keeps falling year after year.
1 in 5 children and young people aged 8-25 in England have a mental health disorder.
More than 100,000 people are forced into bankruptcy each year.
If you ignore the government’s fake inflation and growth numbers and look at the reality, the UK has been in recession for years.
300,000 children live in absolute poverty (we’re talking sleeping on floors because their parents are crashing with friends/family, no breakfast, major health problems, illiteracy, etc.)
2.9 million children live in deep poverty (income was at least 50% below the poverty line.)
More than 55% of the population reports housing as one of the biggest problems.
British life expectancy is lower than most of its peer nations.
The UK ranks worst among the world's richest countries in child poverty levels, despite having the 7th-highest GDP.
The UK has one of the highest levels of overweight/obesity in adults among its peers (64%.)
The UK has lower rates of social mobility compared to other developed countries.
No wonder British women are the saddest in Europe.
What’s really crazy is that all this pain and decline is compounding daily.
It’s getting worse, faster.
And it raises an important question:
Who is to blame for all this suffering?
Who engineered this horrific slave-making system?
No one wants to hear it, but here it is:
The people who own the country are to blame.
Yes, it starts with the monarchy, that wicked crime family the House of Windsor. It extends to their inbred cousins, the aristocracy (everything from knights to dukes) — a few hundred rent-seeking families that still monopolize ownership of more than half the British land mass.
The aristocracy dominates British life:
There are hundreds of them in the House of Commons, the House of Lords, MI6, and the hundreds of “quangos” that undemocratically rule the country.
They run Oxford and Cambridge and many of the other elite universities.
They run the Bank of England.
They dominate the BBC.
They run many of the biggest banks, hedge funds, lobbying firms, and think tanks.
They’re shareholders in most of the major companies.
Did I mention they own half the physical land mass?
In addition to the aristocracy are the future aristocracy — corporatists who’ve managed to amass billions and will inevitably buy their way into the crime family.
Collectively, I call them the aristocorporatocracy.
It’s the best possible way to describe what exactly the UK is.
They literally own the nation.
Psychologically, how they act sets the moral tone for everyone else. If “success” means not creating new useable wealth for others, but simply monopolizing property in order to extract rents/interest/profits from others, you build an exploitation nation. No wonder 1 in 21 British adults is now a landlord. Work is punished; exploitation is rewarded.
A case study in thievery
Here’s a simple real-world example of how the monarchy and aristocracy set the tone for parasite rent-seeking:
In 2015, the Conservatives banned onshore wind turbines. For the next eight years, it was illegal to build renewable wind projects on land despite all the political hot air about solving climate change.
The Cons only wanted offshore wind — which costs 4X more per amount of energy generated compared to onshore.
What scam was going on behind the scenes?
Well, let’s follow the money.
As it turns out, Queen Elizabeth II claimed to own all the UK seabed.
The only legal place to build wind power was on “her” seabed.
And the UK legally had to build more renewable energy.
So they had to rent the seabed from the House of Windsor.
The Crown Estate charges royalties of 2% of revenues for the use of “its” seabeds.
That’s right.
It was illegal to build onshore wind, and it is still illegal to build offshore wind, wave, or tidal energy without paying a massive percentage of net profits to the wicked Windsors.
No wonder poor Britons are paying nearly four times more for power ($0.47/kWh vs $0.1272/kWh in March 2023) compared to Americans — they’re forced to support more parasites in the process.
Can you imagine how sociopathic a “Christian” family needs to be to do this to a nation of deeply impoverished people?
The British monarchy is literally holding underwater land hostage, exacerbating climate change, and impoverishing the poor in order to extract unearned monopoly profits like a mafia protection racket.
So, next time you hear King Charles III or Prince William blather on about climate change and “caring for the environment,” you can see them for what they really are:
Degenerate liars.
So what to do with the other 67.9 million Britons?
Ideally, most of them would just hurry up and die so as to relieve the unsustainability problem.
Either that or emigrate overseas. (Shame we can’t just ship them off to the penal island of Australia or the colony of Canada anymore!)
But if they must remain, due to the fact they cannot afford to escape, there’s only one thing left to do with them:
Make them slaves again.
For nearly 1,000 years, King Charles’s family has ruled Britons with an iron fist. But they’re amazing at branding. Instead of calling Britain a slave plantation, they called it “serfdom.” Isn’t that cute? Merry old England with their adorable little serfs in their adorable little cottages under adorable harmless feudalism.
Their brilliant idea for the future of Britain is neo-fuedalism… tens of millions of landless, assetless people living in poverty, laboring multiple gig jobs around the clock in order to pay their meager wages right back to the asset-hoarding class as rents, interest, and shareholder profits.
These ancient inbred families are so uncreative, so stupefied, so brain-sluggish, and so evil that they cannot fathom competing and creating new useable wealth for others. All they know how to do is exploit workers.
So they’re going back to their ancestors’ game plan.
The future of Britain is ancient.
Neo-feudalism for all.
The snake that eats itself
Ironically, parasite rentier economies shoot themselves in the foot.
If a nation stops creating new useable wealth for others and simply gorges itself on existing assets in order to extract rents/interest/profits, it just sends the prices of those assets soaring and craters the productive economy.
If you think the UK-at-Mississippi-levels-of-poverty looks bad, just give it another fifty years of compounding exploitation.
The UK will be unrecognizable.
The whole nation (minus the tourist and tax haven bits) will look like a third-world refugee camp.
Or rather, Dark Ages England with iPhones… and Airbnbs for the rich.
The British Revolution
When the British taxed the Americans without representation, the Americans filled them full of musket shots and cannon balls.
When the French aristocracy starved their feudal workers, the poor revolted and chopped off their heads.
Thus, why America and France are no longer ruled by monarchs and aristocrats.
The UK never had its revolution.
Britains are, by nature, a nation of happy-go-lucky amateurs — they love their cricket, their football, their beans on toast and chips by the telly.
They don’t protest en masse. Nevermind a meaningful revolution, you’ll never even see a national general strike or a rent strike in the UK.
The aristocorporatists know this.
They know they own enough of the land that average Brits just can’t afford to get off the hamster wheel for even a moment. They’ll starve if they do.
So, Britons plod on, working morning to night in jobs they hate, eating plastic-wrapped poisoned “food” in their dressing gowns in their frigid and moldy houses, quietly grumbling and sipping weak tea.
Either that or they take on debt to buy a rental property and start their climb up the exploitation ladder.
The “left” won’t save them
The aristocorporatocracy’s favored ruling party is the Conservative Party (truthful slogan: “You can’t spell Conservative without Con”), but they play both sides of the field.
Many people are about to vote Labour in the upcoming election in hopes it will magically solve all their problems, but they shouldn’t hold their breath. After all, Labour leader Keir Starmer is actually Sir Keir Starmer, a bought-and-paid member of the establishment who’s not only bent the knee, but recently welcomed a far-right Conservative MP from Dover into his party.
The so-called “progressive” Labour Party is even rumored to be close to getting Rupert Murdoch’s endorsement. Can you imagine?
It gives you an idea of how little the rich care about principles and only care about power.
Americans and Canadians beware
We should absolutely feel awful for Britons.
They own so little of their nation, and cling to so few feet of their beloved island, that they have no choice but to endure unending exploitation at the hands of the ruling elite.
But let’s not pretend this neo-feudal mindset isn’t coming for the New World.
North American royalty — the billionaire class — are hoovering up land and assets on a scale never seen before in human history.
Land-lording and corporate land-lording are exploding.
Interest payments on debt are at all-time highs.
Corporate profits are at all-time highs.
Capital gains (income from not working) are taxed far less than income from working.
Millennials and Gen Z have lost massive ground when it comes to ownership and income.
Gen Alpha will be virtually assetless.
In our lifetime, there will be millions of elderly on the streets, and fifty years from now, those numbers will be unimaginably higher.
That’s what happens when you ignore the biblical command to give land rights to all.
Welcome to feudalism.
Welcome to our ancient future.
