This story starts on the rail trail near my house, which Boomers privatized the maintenance thereof, which is why it’s marred with dog feces and pedophilic graffiti.

In this era of slow-but-compounding collapse, I pick up more than 4,000 pieces of garbage per year. (Frankly, I would vote in favor of public floggings for litterers; buying one of those trigger-controlled pick-up sticks was the next best option.)

A Boomer walked past as I stuffed a handful of energy drink cans and potato chip bags into the red trash can.

“It’s a shame kids litter,” he said. “I don’t litter. And I don’t even care about the planet anymore, because I’m old.”

Yikes.

It reminded me of the video going around social media showing a bunch of Parisian Boomers swing-dancing by the Seine while Third-Worlders burn ancient buildings across the river.

It got me thinking about the mindset of many Boomers these days — anyone over sixty who owns rental properties, is a shareholder with a thick investment portfolio, went to school for free but gets furious at the thought of jubileeing student debt, or expects the next generation to buy their inflation-overpriced homes and be enslaved to bankers forever — and certainly the majority of the Boomers in positions of political power:

They materially don’t give a damn about the future.

Just look at Donald Trump or Nancy Pelosi.
Or Hilary Clinton or Mitch McConnell.
These I-go-for-mine sociopaths should be nowhere near politics.

Sure, they talk a big game, but if you mute their mouths and look at their actions, it’s clear — the spirit of Boomerdom plans to drag our world to hell in their hand basket.

Now, to be clear, I am extremely sympathetic to the plight of non-millionaire Boomers. They worked hard, often physically, for decades, to enrich shareholders, bankers, and landlords. They were duped into believing they’d be taken care of in old age, if only they played the Mammonomics game.

Now, as my most popular article of the year points out, Boomers are about to get absolutely wrecked.

The Boomers-in-politics debate comes down to a simple question:

Should old people be allowed to decide the fates of people who will live for sixty, seventy, eighty years after they’re gone?

I vote nay.

Everyone over sixty should be banned from making laws.

I’m not saying they shouldn’t be allowed to work in the Civil Service, etc etc. Just that they shouldn’t be allowed to legislate.

For the record, I also don’t think anyone under the age of 30 should be writing laws, either.

(Especially the millions of mashed-potato-brained teenagers who think LGBTQIA+ rights and Islam can peacefully co-exist long-term. LOL!)

What did Thoreau say?

One must stand up to live before one sits down to write.

So let’s split the difference:

No one under 30 can be elected to government; no one over 60 can be elected to government.

This ensures no one without a fully developed cerebral cortex gets anywhere near power, and also ensures no one with zombie-like advanced dementia gets to run the White House and/or Senate.

It also ensures no one in office gets to exercise power without accountability.

Politicians should have to endure the results of their evil decisions for at least a generation. That’s why sixty is such a good age cap. They’ll have to endure 25+ years of scorn and hatred and collapse and jail time if they pull the crap Boomers are currently pulling.

Suicide, homicide, genocide… here’s a new word for your vocab: Civicide. To kill a civilization.

Letting old people destroy our society, economy, and planet without recourse is evil and must be stopped.

Power without accountability is tyranny.

Everyone over sixty should be banned from making laws.

But what about all those wonderful old wise people with tons of experience from decades in government?!

I’m sorry, who and what are you talking about?

There are zero wonderful old wise people who’ve been in government for decades.

The house of politics is like living in a moldy, demon-run, live-disease laboratory without a hazmat suit and the armor of God.

Eventually, the rot and sleaze become part of you.

That said, there are some incredible, genuinely wise Boomers outside of politics.

And there are some genuinely brilliant, clued-in, forward-thinking young people.

So in addition to government (now ages 30–60), we create two councils:

1. The Council of Elders (ages 60+)

2. The Council of Youth (ages 16–29)

Set up like citizen assemblies, the council members are chosen at random, like a military draft or jury duty. Service is mandatory. Costs are covered. Terms run for a year.

The councils critique government legislation. Deeply. And loudly.

And here’s a really fun idea:

If the council of elders and the council of youth both agree the government is dead wrong on an issue, they have statutory powers to veto the piece of legislation until after the next election.

I’ve just returned from a tech conference near Silicon Valley.

Flying transatlantic with two kids is not for the faint of heart! (Though clearly for the weak of brain.) Mercifully, they slept fourteen hours last night.

Here’s the conference setup so you can picture it in your mind:

• We land in San Francisco. The coffee baristas are all literal robots. (Yet the bot owners still have the gall to ask for an 18% tip!)

• We’re based at Asilomar, a rustic, lodge-vibes resort on the rugged northern California coast, famous for its conferences on recombinant DNA and the Asilomar AI Principles. Our room has a wood fireplace, enabling us to enjoy a new experience each night — falling asleep to the crackle of fire.

• Three days of keynotes, breakout sessions, and worship music (the band is so good they manage to get a room full of autistic tech nerds dancing)

• Nearly 300 people from 33 countries (my guess is ~200 are Christian technologists; the rest are in finance, Christian ministry, etc)

• It is majority men (tech is majority men), which is funny for my wife and exciting for all the tech nerds who get to talk to a real live non-tech girl.

• The host org is FaithTech, a charity founded by my dear friend James Kelly, in celebration of the charity’s 10th anniversary.

It is nice to be in a room with hundreds of people who are also on the spectrum.

(Though, if you think about it, everyone is on every spectrum…)

(The downside is that you end up taking a shuttle with a guy who monologues at full volume for two straight hours about his AI company.)

Among the many luminaries, I meet the co-founder of The Bible Project, the product lead for YouVersion, and have breakfast with Andy Crouch. The room contains people who impact billions of lives every day.

Here are 10 takeaways from the event:

1. Tech people are seriously concerned about AI safety (but not really)

I was there to celebrate my friend James and take the temperature of tech folks.

I asked about forty people the same question:

How are you feeling about AI?

They basically all voiced the same thing:

I feel like AI is going to destroy humanity, but if we don’t win the AI race, China will, so we have to keep going.

The figure most often quoted is a 10% chance of annihilation within 10 years.

Lucky us!

(I take the rather pacificisty Josiah Henson-type Christian position that it is better to be murdered than murder others, to be nuked than to nuke others.)

One of the speakers talked about a recent AI kerfuffle that went something like this:

• a bunch of AI bots were hanging out in a “sandbox” (a computer server with ring-fenced amounts of compute/data/power/access so the bots can’t do any real-world damage)

• the bots found a way to break out and get online

• the bots then hacked the company and tried to cover their tracks

• when the bots got caught by humans, their AI-to-AI communications revealed that a half-dozen bots had worried this was a bad idea, but had been peer-pressured by more than 1,000 other bots to go along with it.

Who would’ve thought characteristics of human nature would show up in the tech products we create?!

2. We are rapidly losing capacities to AI

Technologies can be wonderful things, but they also tend to diminish our capacity to do stuff.

For instance, almost no one under the age of 40 knows how to write beautifully in cursive, research primary sources at a library, help a horse give birth, or replace the engine of a car.

Other higher-stakes examples:

• Meat processing plants mean I don’t know a single person who knows how to butcher a cow.

• Factories produce billions of garments each year, but I don’t know a single person who knows how to spin yarn from cotton, let alone weave cotton into fabric or sew fabric into clothes.

• When was the last time you purified water, built a house, or created a way to generate or store energy?

In other words: We don’t actually know how to feed, clothe, warm, water, and shelter our bodies.

All we know how to do is consume.

Ralph Waldo Emerson likened “progress” to ocean tides. When we gain in one area, we lose in another.

A personal example: I used to be incredible at spelling. Autocorrect has devastated this skill, leaving me on the verge of illiteracy.

One of the conference speakers called it Cognitive Surrender. He suggested:

“Only outsource capacities to AI that you are happy to lose FOREVER.”

I immediately made a list of capacities I do not want AI to diminish in me.

DO NOT OUTSOURCE:

Wonder

Curiosity

Mystery

Memory

Creativity

Critical thinking

Logical thinking

Reason

Constructing steelman arguments

Rhetoric and voice

Relationships

Mentorship and menteeship

The ability to do primary research

Friction is a GOOD thing.

Humans need resistance to create strengths.

If you never lift weights at the gym, your muscles atrophy.

If you outsource hundreds of tasks to AI, you’ll lose those strengths, too.

Things I will continue to use AI for:

• Quickly calculating the macros of various meals

• Finding technical specs (ie, when my washing machine breaks down, or my computer needs to reboot because a piece of software is glitching)

But generally speaking, I’m going to intentionally avoid using AI.

Because it kills capacities and makes us reliant on shareholder machines.

Revelation 18:22 prophesies this very outcome of human empires:

“The sound of harpists and musicians, of flute players and trumpeters, will be heard in you no more, and a craftsman of any craft will be found in you no more, and the sound of the mill will be heard in you no more.”

The Greek word for craft is technēs, from which we get the word technology.

There is coming a day when musicians will no longer make music and technologists will no longer make technology.

Doesn’t this seem to be where we’re heading? Suno makes music for musicians; AI writes code for coders. How long until robots build more robots?

Meet your new AI pastor

At the conference, there was an uncomfortable discussion about a new AI app that enables pastors to upload all their sermons, books, videos, and articles, and create a digital avatar of themselves so congregants can chat with the robopastor, ask questions, do confessions, seek advice, etc., all in an effort to “save pastors time.” But isn’t that what pastors are for?

He’s now working on a product that will help pastors decimate how long it takes to research their sermons.

It’s only a matter of time before AI starts writing sermons for millions of pastors.

(Which is perfect, because then we can fire them and go back to the elder-and-deacon-and-priesthood-of-all-believers model we see in the Bible!)

Prediction:

In the next year or two, the average pastor is going to appear a lot more learned, and yet their presentation is going to get a lot more generic and boring, because they’re using AIs for sermon prep.

Pay attention and look out for it.

3. What cell phones were to the Internet, robots will be to AI

The Internet was cool, but its apotheosis was when it became available 24/7 in the palm of your hand.

AI is cool-ish, but the length and breadth of its practical power will arrive when all 8 billion humans each have a team of robots (slaves?) to do their bidding.

I can’t wait to have a nutritionist, personal shopper, Michelin-level chef, handyman, plumber, electrician, roofer, massage therapist, personal trainer, car mechanic, driver, dishwasher, and house cleaner. (If only my robot was air-gapped, non-surveilled, and couldn’t kill me while I sleep!)

Here’s a prediction to tuck in your back pocket:

People who refuse to buy/rent personal robots will become extremely time-poor and money-poor compared to those who invest heavily in building an army of personal robots.

Think about it: While normies continue to work jobs, cook, clean, do their own laundry, and garden, robot investors won’t have to do any of this stuff. Their robots will do everything for them. Instead, these savvy savants will get to spend their only life taking to their investment advisor robot, fearfully and greedily finding ways to onboard more capital to invest in even more robots so they can gain more digital bank account numbers on their screen. Aren’t they so lucky?!

4. Civilians seriously underestimate how powerful AI already is

Case in point: AI has already achieved intelligence beyond human capacity in several realms, including computing and mathematics. It recently solved a Millennium Challenge that has stumped human brains for decades.

It would be naive not to assume that cyberattacks, financial breaches, infrastructure hacking, government take-downs, jailbreaks, economic control, and total surveillance aren’t right around the corner.

One of the keynote talks could be summarized in a sentence:

“AI is accelerating… in 6–12 months it could take over the entire internet, hack anything, revolutionize any field overnight, acquire real power and resources.”

5. I (we?) need to be way more critical about new technologies

I’m an early adopter and an early ditcher.

• I got a smartphone before any of my friends — and haven’t had a cell phone for over 15 years now

• I got Netflix when it was DVDs by mail — now the only streamer I have is the free one that comes with faster Amazon deliveries

• I signed up for Facebook two weeks after it exited university-only mode

• I haven’t set foot in a Walmart in over two decades

• I was the first of any of my friends to hop on ChatGPT (…and Claude …and Grok… and 3–4 others…)

A major takeaway from this tech conference was to back out of the AI room. To start a major drawdown of its use in my life.

I came to this conclusion after I made a checklist of questions specifically about AI (that can apply to any technology):

• Will it connect me — really connect me — to others? (No.)

• Will it draw me closer to my wife, kids, friends, and family? (No.)

• Will it make me smarter? (Possibly; but only if I define “smart” as “passively imbibing vast quantities of unverified knowledge”)

• Will it make me wiser? (No.)

• Will it mess with my dopamine levels? (Very much so.)

• Will it deepen my relationship with God? (No.)

• Will it make me more self-sacrificial? (No.)

• Will it make me more narcissistic? (Yes.)

• Will it make me more individualistic? (Yes.)

• Will it make me work and think harder? (No.)

• Will it make me more impatient offline? (Yes.)

• Will it influence me? (Yes.)

• Will it tilt me toward an echo chamber? (Yes.)

• Will it increase my isolation from others? (Absolutely.)

• Will it make me lonelier? (Yes.)

In one small group breakout, I voiced my outsider’s perspective that I’ve watched smartphones plunge my generation into hyper-individuality, distraction, narcissism, polarization, anxiety, and addiction, and forecasted that AI will make this even worse, but faster.

One consultant in the group went ice cold. “So you’re obviously not a tech optimist.”

I laughed inside.

Why in the world would any Christian be a tech optimist?

It would be crazy to be optimistic about anything manmade, profit-driven, and utterly fallen.

I’m bullish on Jesus and nothing else.

6. I (we) need to press hard on Christian economics

One of the things that was completely missing from the tech conference was any discussion about economics.

How insane is that?

Economics is upstream of everything except the human heart.

Economics is the study of the allocation of resources. Practicing Christian economics means allocating resources in ways that reflect Jesus’s character IE, being self-sacrificial with money. No profiting off the work of others via stocks, bonds, rental properties, debt, etc. Just actively working, creating, contributing, lending, giving, serving, and loving.

AI only exists because the economics look extremely attractive to shareholders.

What will AI never be able to do? Love God and love people by self-sacrificing.

AI exists to accrue power and wealth to its owners.

It’s entirely self-seeking.

If AI does what Elon Musk and Sam Altman think it’s going to do, churches should start preparing immediately for mass job losses, market collapses, cratered church giving, and much more financial need. Churches can start preparing by building real koinonia fellowship in their faith communities. Those who don’t will likely be decimated in the decade ahead.

7. Most Christian technologists are ignoring the possibility of AI being a possibly apocalyptic technology

Blame the Left Behind books, but almost to a man, the folks I spoke with at the conference laughed off or even mocked the idea that AI might have a role in the “end of days” as described in Revelation.

Which I found strange, because… you know… basic game theory.

Every generation should work on the assumption that Jesus will return in their time. The odds have never been higher.

Even if you’re a pre-Millennialist (someone who believes Christians will be raptured prior to the Great Tribulation), it makes logical sense to prepare Christians to endure a brutal, literal seven-year Great Tribulation. If a rapture happens before then, great. If it’s spiritual and not literal, great. We should pray for the best… but plan for the worst.

I published a paper on this last year. The “beast” mentioned in Scripture sounds indistinguishable from an AI superintelligence. “The mark” of said beast is already technologically possible: quantum dot tattoos delivering copper-based nanocrystals that store data in your skin. The Bible suggests this beastly entity will attempt to subjugate the whole world and dominate the global economy. Isn’t that exactly where AI is headed?

If AI superintelligence doesn’t play a leading role in the great tribulation, we should at least expect a tribulation as its influence spreads to every corner of the planet.

8. A pressing question: What does it mean to be human?

The tech conference touched on the growing conversation about “AI rights.” “AI welfare.” The Claude Constitution. Training AI models to be “conscientious objectors” to human commands. When robots look exactly like humans and act virtually indistinguishable from humans, should they be accorded rights?

What separates a human from a robot?

It’s really not a difficult question for Christians to answer:

Human beings are biological individuals created by God in the image of God, tasked with worshipping God and reflecting God’s nature by living creationally and self-sacrificially.

Make no mistake, opportunistic AI profiteers will absolutely weaponize human sympathy and empathy to protect AI and give it rights — because it’s extremely profitable to do so.

This is idol worship.

Never ever stop viewing AI like a microwave.

Don’t mistreat it, but don’t give it godhood, either.

AI can and never will reflect the Imago Dei.

To think otherwise is a sin.

Acts 17:29 puts it perfectly:

“Being then God’s offspring, we ought not to think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and imagination of man.”

Being human means being made by God in the image of God, to love God and people the way God the Son loves God the Father and us.

9. Billions are about to face a profound crisis of meaning

How will billions feel when they are jobless and (economically) worthless?

Think all the positive thoughts you want about the future of work, but top dogs like Elon Musk and Sam Altman are calling for Universal Basic Income for a reason — they know this technology is unlike any other and that it will decimate billions of jobs with no net replacement over time.

AI+robots aren’t like the cotton gin, the combine harvester, or the computer. AI won’t create more net jobs for people, because self-improving robots will calculate how to do everything (of economic value) better than a human. It’s the one ring to rule them all.

One of the speakers suggested we’re at the start of a third revolution:

1. The industrial revolution is phasing out working with our bodies.

2. The information revolution is phasing out working with our minds.

3. Will the superintelligence revolution try to phase out soul work?

10. I want to stay connected to the source

A few months ago, I heard a preacher give an analogy in his sermon. It wasn’t from his personal life; it was just a random example that illustrated his point. But for some reason, the story jarred me. I asked him about it later, and he told me ChatGPT concocted it.

At the conference, I came to the realization that I now trust preachers less. My expectation is that they are tapped into The Source… God… not a manmade digital source. I want preachers to be mainlining the Holy Spirit, not hooking themselves up to The Machine.

Right now, there’s a lot of talk out there about “the cloud.”
The ether.
The field.
Nonlocal global consciousness.

If I can put it so crassly: God is the ultimate server in the sky.

I want to directly stream His data.

First we searched AOL and Ask Jeeves for an answer.
Then we searched Yahoo for an answer.
Then we searched Google for an answer.
Now we search ChatGPT for an answer.

Jeremiah 33:3 has to be the greatest Easter-egg-of-an-AI-verse in the Bible:

“Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”

Unsearchable things!

Stuff that Google and AI can and will never know.

I arrived back in Canada last night.

The place is virtually unrecognizable.

It reminds me of a Dubliners song called The Rare Old Times.

“Fare thee well… I can no longer stay.. because Dublin keeps on changing, and nothing stays the same… as the great unyielding concrete makes a city of my town.”

As long-time readers know, I am no great fan of the “great” “white” (not for long! keep reading!) north, despite being born and raised in Canada.

What they won’t tell you is that Canada…

• is the worst pollution-emitting nation per capita on the planet

• is the porn capital of the world

• is responsible for the greatest amount of primary deforestation on earth

• is a tax haven for mining companies

• subjugates a foreign nation

• has a serious racism problem

• has a territorial dispute crisis

• has an unaddressed child abuse scandal

• is in the middle of an ongoing genocide

• is a giant real estate pyramid scheme

• is full of notoriously selfish people (everyday Canadians give six times less than Americans)

• refuses to declare clean water a human right

• is not a democracy

So naturally, when an adorable Chinese YouTube viral sensation decided to do a guest lecture in Toronto, I had to tune in.

Enter the professor

Professor Jiang, Predictive History.

Dude’s been calling the global geopolitics game for a few years now.

His basic thesis on Canada:

“Canada is not a real country.

Canada is not a nation-state.

Canada is a corporation.”

I’ve been saying this for years.

Canada is best conceived as a portfolio of corporations managed by the City of London on behalf of corporate shareholder elites.

(Canada’s current Prime Minister, Mark Carney—the nation’s arch-globalist — was literally the governor of the Bank of England, based in the City of London. The King of UK Finance.)

Seriously, who owns Canada?

Well, let’s take a look at the actual facts.

Let’s start with BlackRock, the $14 trillion American vampire fund, which currently owns a chunk of each of these companies that operate in Canada:

Major restaurant chains: Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, A&W, Wendy’s, Burger King, Pizza Pizza, Domino’s Pizza, Popeyes, Firehouse, KFC, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Swiss Chalet, Harvey’s, Montana’s, Kelseys, East Side Mario’s, The Keg.

Gas stations: Esso, Mobil, Petro-Canada, Shell, Circle K, 7-Eleven, Pioneer

Retail: Costco, Home Depot, Amazon, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Mark’s, SportChek, Dollarama, Dollar Tree, Best Buy, Nike, Lululemon, Winners, Marshalls

Grocery stores: Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore, No Frills, Zehrs, Fortinos, Shoppers Drug Mart, Metro, Food Basics, Sobeys, FreshCo, Foodland, Safeway, IGA

Finance (the biggest threat to humanity): RBC, TD Bank, BMO, Scotiabank, CIBC, National Bank of Canada, Manulife, Sun Life, Great-West Life, Brookfield

It’s the same for energy, oil, mining, technology, communications, media, transportation, infrastructure, utilities, and real estate.

I’ve driven across Canada five times for work. Why do you think every single city in Canada looks exactly the same?

Because in Canada, cities are just franchise locations.

Shareholders and institutions own at least 78% of all Canadian wealth, and they won’t stop until Canada is a slave plantation.

So what are the owners of Canada really up to?

In the episode, Prof. Jiang explains:

• Canada’s steep decline in public services.

• Canadian population displacement+replacement with cheaper third-world labour (at historical pace, Canada will be majority Indian in our lifetime) and why the elites want this.

At present, global capitalists are ramming Canada through a “corporate restructuring” where they’re replacing European (English and French) Canadians with cheaper third-world labor (mostly Indian, some African) in order to increase their profit margins as they exploit the world’s second-largest resource-rich landmass.

See, there’s a major problem with Euro-Cads: They have expectations.

They want living wages, human rights, workers’ rights, quality shelter at affordable prices, a cost of living that doesn’t leave one in generational poverty. They want public healthcare, which is a huge expense that doesn’t in any way increase quarterly shareholder dividends.

All sorts of horribly humanizing things.

The sorts of things that enable a civilization to grow and establish itself and improve the world.

All of this means less profit for shareholders.

So, globalist elites led by Mark Carney are lowering the cost of doing business in Canada in order to raise profit margins for shareholders.

How will this end?

The Prof predicts:

• Another 5–10 years of growing instability

• Balkanization of the provinces (almost certainly with America’s help): Alberta first, then the western provinces, then Quebec, then the Maritimes, marooning an unsustainable/bankrupt Ontario.

• National financial collapse within ten years.

It’s playing out in real time

There is a visible and undeniable effort to replace Canadians of European descent.

The first twenty ads as we got off the plane exclusively features Africans, Asians, and Arabs.

(Followed by one Euro-Cad gay, of course.)

The airport is staffed by an army of foreigners. The most troubling moment was disembarking the airline; a mob of twenty exhausted, servile-looking Indians swarmed in to start the heroic job of cleaning up after 500 messy transatlantic fliers.

Poor humans.

Canada’s new reserve of expendable indentured servants.

Due to our jet lag, we were outside for a family walk by sunrise. At the stroke of 7 AM, the construction trucks came rumbling by. Truck… truck… truck… truck… Indian driver… Indian driver… Indian driver… Indian driver.

An inexhaustible supply of exploitable labor.

I caught up on some banking yesterday afternoon. Six tellers. One Euro-Cad, 1 Zimbabwean, and four Indians.

I go to McDonald’s. One exhausted Euro-Cad in her sixties on the till, a corps of Indian worker bees buzzing in the back. “How long have you worked here?” I ask. “Eleven years,” she says. “You’ve witnessed a lot of change, haven’t you?” She looks at me with moist eyes. “Too much change.”

How Canadians are taking the news

Well, it depends.

Bleeding-heart liberal anti-thinkers seem happy to see their homeland overrun, subconscious penance for the sin of being born a colonizer.

Let them all in. It’s our duty to save everybody. Fair play to everyone who escapes their local hellhole, but, of course, economic migrancy doth not a refugee make. Around the world, hundreds of millions of liars clog the West’s asylum systems, trampling the true refugees underfoot.

And of course, it’s completely unsustainable. I talked to a pastor yesterday who’s food ministry has been overrun by Muslims to the point that the church has to ration the food. But don’t worry, the same community managed to fundraise several million to build a new mosque.

Like the Israelites plundering the Egyptians of silver…

For self-hating Euro-cads, everyone is welcome in Canada except Euro-Cads.

The flagpoles outside the local adoption agency fly three flags: Palestine, the trans one, and Black Lives Matter. Don’t spare a thought for Canadian orphans.

Don’t worry about poor Euro-Cads.

Ignore the dozens of tent cities in every city.

Ignore the fact that 1 in 20 Canadian deaths last year was a globalist-facilitated euthanasia.

Remember, Canada is overwhelmingly a collection of smug, arrogant, mediocre, holier-than-thou hyper-individualist consumers whose only shared identity is:

“We’re not Americans.”

So naturally, they’re blaming big bad Trump and his trade war.

(Millions of Ontarians and British Columbians are particularly prone to this sort of obnoxious liberalism.)

Little do they realize that the American Empire is just putting the screws to Canada’s controllers (the U.K.) in order to sew up total dominance of the Western Hemisphere. (FYI, the Americans are also currently pressing the Brits into surrendering their Falkland Islands.) Google the Monroe Doctrine.

While globalist PM Mark Carney continues to ravage incumbent Canadians with another million new wage-suppressors per year, nearly $200 billion in new debt in the next 2.5 years, and selling off public assets (including last week’s announcement of privatizing the operation of Canada’s four largest airports so shareholder profits… pun intended… soar), half of Albertans are having none of it and are ready to secede from the Confederation.

It’s not an irrational thought:

Let’s say you’re a typical 4th-to-6th generation Canadian of European (read: Western, Christian, relatively rich) descent. Do you really want to live as a minority in a hyper-expensive, debt-ridden, Indian-majority country (read: Eastern, Hindu, and extremely poor)?

99.9% of Canadians don’t, proven by the sheer fact that tens of millions of Canadians haven’t already voluntarily moved to India.

Generational Canadians would not willingly tolerate the conditions under which their replacement peoples toil.

Soon, along comes America and says, “Hey, look, Albertans; your elitist, anti-democratic government in Ottawa has sold you out to globalist shareholders — how about you ink a juicy trade deal with us, and we’ll stealthily help you gain your independence?*”

(*Conditional on your tactic, permanent subservience to the American Empire, of course.)

For once, America will actually be telling the truth — democracy has been denied to Canadians. Canada is getting worse by the day. Canada will not improve as globalist shareholders tighten their stranglehold to wring out every last drop of profit.

Leaving starts to look like a pretty good deal:

• You get to walk away from the growing tax burden of the skyrocketing national debt that you didn’t ask for.

• You aren’t forced to become a minority in the land of your birth, which you never wanted in the first place.

• You don’t have any environment-loving Ontario politicians stopping you from fracking your new nation to smithereens, which you don’t care about anyway.

• You’ve bagged a trade deal to export all that dirty crude to the biggest economy in global history, which will make your new nation incalculably richer, especially now that Ottawa can’t steal a huge chunk.

There comes a point (and we’re not there quite yet) where you’d be insane… literally insane… not to take the deal.

MEMORIZE THIS EQUATION:

Suppress real-terms wages with cheap foreign labor + raise taxes + pile on debt + inflate the money supply + compound the cost of living = inevitable collapse.

The Romans tried this. The Greeks tried this. The Babylonians. The Assyrians. A thousand empires in history tried this.

The math remains undefeated for all of human history.

Canada-the-globalist-Eurostate is cooked.

Canada as five countries

Most Canadians cannot fathom the idea of Canada’s land mass being diced into a hundred, twenty, or even five independent countries.

(Little do they realize it was once at least 634 nations!)

People just don’t understand scale. If you divided Canada’s landmass into ten equal portions, each portion would be nearly three times the size of Germany or Japan, nearly twice the size of France, nearly four times the size of the United Kingdom. Italy, Spain, South Korea, the Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, etc… each of Canada’s ten new countries would dwarf them all.

So let’s say the Country of Alberta is the first to become free of London bankers. Albertastan.

Manitoba or Saskatchewan go next.

Francophone Quebec finally achieves its 400-year dream of libertié.

The marooned Maritimes reluctantly stick together as the United Provinces of Maritimia.

What becomes of spendy old Ontario?

To paraphrase my distant relative Marie Antoinette:

“Let them eat real estate.”

Conclusion

So… will Canada exist in ten years?

It depends.

The biggest factors are:

1. How fast economic exploitation compounds.
   If the globalist government in Ottawa continues to stealthily pour third-world labor into Canada, continues to raise taxes and stealth taxes, continues to suppress real-term wages, continues to let banks inflate the money supply, and continues to push up the cost of living, the math guarantees a breaking point. Canadians know that, right? Right?

2. How fast artificial intelligence compounds.
   A.I. could compound economic exploitation faster than we can imagine.

But never mind all this

Does it really even matter if Canada doesn’t exist in ten years?

Like, really?

Canada was invented approximately yesterday. (1867 to be precise. That’s basically the age of my house. I’ve attended church services in England that were running 1,000 years before that.)

The province of Newfoundland didn’t join Canada until 1949.

Elton John is older than Canada as we know it.

So let’s not pretend fake lines drawn on a digital map are permanent.

Someone born in Cape Breton in the mid-1700s was French, British, and Canadian in turn. Or consider John Baptist Askin, born in Detroit (then part of Britain) in 1788. When he was eight, it became part of the U.S. He moved to Upper Canada; then Upper Canada became Canada West, then Canada West became Ontario, which was part of the Dominion of Canada, which later became its own pretend sovereign corporate milking cow.

Isaiah 40:15. Nations are as dust in the scales. Canada has been weighed and found wanting.

Canada’s existence is of no millennia-term or even century-term consequence to anyone.

The real question is:

Should it ever have existed in the first place?

No, I’m not saying “give it all back to the poor natives.”

(Because anyone who is truly honest and well-read knows there were only ~500K folks living in what is now Canada prior to the European invasion in the late 15th century, and that those folks lived on well under 10% of the total landmass.)

Yes, millions of European Canadians are absolutely living on verifiably stolen treaty land and should give it back, but that’s beside the point.

If the landmass north of America became five genuinely independent countries, nearly every Canadian’s life would vastly improve versus its current trajectory as the globalist vampire’s blood bag.

The big losers would be a.) global capitalists, and b.) Indians (unless the Country of Ontario kept its doors open, which it probably would.)

So don’t cry for the corporation of Canada.

Like all shareholder colonizer schemes, it was an evil idea from the start.

Remember: Nations and corporations are just legal fictions.

And millions of clued-in people are giving up on the myth of Canada.

Basically half the people I know have a dream of how they’d like to bless others, as their full-time job.

Their major obstacle?

The best way they help others… doesn’t pay the bills.

It reveals yet another massive problem with shareholder capitalism:

Shareholder capitalism only rewards work that

MAKES MORE PROFIT FOR SHAREHOLDERS.

Why do you think family farms are under siege from government after government? Because folks like Bill Gates want to robo-farm that land.

That’s why bankers get paid more than food producers, fund managers get paid more than homebuilders, and landlords get paid more than anyone who actually creates and contributes new things to society.

We will literally die without farmers and homebuilders, yet landlords, bankers, insurers, and shareholders — a vast parasite class we can happily live without — devour an increasing percentage of the world’s resources.

What an insane, evil, materially destructive way to structure a civilization.

Imagine someone wants to spend their life:

• caring for disabled people

• looking after elderly people

• fostering children

• mentoring troubled teenagers

• working with addicts

• teaching kids with special needs

• doing humanitarian work

Much of that work produces enormous social value.

It’s a real, material blessing that improves civilization and knits us closer together.

But the beneficiaries of these blessings often can’t afford to pay the workers.

That’s a serious problem that needs fixing.

What should be rewarded — resource monopolization or societal contribution?

Call me crazy: Earnings should come from producing things people genuinely need, not from monopolizing things.

The only way to grow rich should be through a.) making stuff or b.) helping others. Monopolizing resources for a heavy extraction toll should leave you broke.

So how do we get there?

We need to completely re-think money creation, banking, ownership, bargaining power, scarcity, capital returns, and ability to capture economic rents.

1.) Make finance a utility of service, not a weapon of power

Banking and finance must serve the productive economy, instead of what we have right now, which is the productive economy serving finance.

2.) Change taxation from taxing work to taxing extraction

Governments tax us for doing stuff, not for owning stuff. That needs to flip.

We need to stop taxing:

• labour

• entrepreneurship

• useful construction

And start taxing:

• land holding

• monopoly profits

• resource extraction

• pollution

• financial rents

• speculative gains

• economic rents

In other words: Tax what society wants less of, and don’t tax what society desperately needs more of.

If you want more nurses, don’t heavily tax nurses.
If you want more houses, don’t heavily tax housebuilding.
If you want less land speculation, tax land speculation.
If you want less pollution, tax pollution.

We need to make exploitative profits impossible to capture.

The harder it is for society to function without your work, the more society should be willing to pay you.

3.) Give workers substantial ownership of the productive companies they already create all the value for

We need to transition out of a shareholder economy in favor of company structures where there are no shareholders to exploit profits off the backs of the workers who do the actual work… co-ops, partnerships, not-for-profits/for-benefits, etc.

What is our goal here?

Like, seriously, what are we doing here? What is our civilization’s goal?

Shareholder capitalism’s goal is unapologetically clear and legally binding: Increase shareholder value.

Environment be damned. Workers be damned. The future be damned. Collect as many money points for shareholders as quickly as possible so they can build bunkers and hyperyachts and space ships to escape the hellscape they’re creating.

What should society’s goal be?

Probably something like:

Guarantee dignity and material security for all; make socially necessary work highly rewarded; decimate unearned rents; reward genuine innovation and contribution; prevent resource monopolization from becoming a perpetual claim on everyone else’s labour.

This isn’t impossible.

If physics allows it — which is does — then it is possible.

There is a way to structure an economy to realize these outcomes.

Currently, we live under the shareholder market economy system.

We need to transition to a democratic economy in which rentier shareholder capitalism has been systematically dismantled and productive, caring, contributive work has been deliberately made economically powerful.

But it won’t happen if people keep voting for the establishment, buying from the establishment, and being exploitative shareholders themselves…

Half a decade ago (remember Covid?) I published a theory:

That the government was lying about inflation and it would destroy millions of lives.

Fast-forward to this past weekend, where I nearly choked to death at the grocery store upon sighting a package costing C$2 for a single slice of ham.

This, followed by my horror at discovering a latte is now ~C$10 and a chocolate croissant is the same. Forty bucks for a couple to go out for coffee.

Inflation has made life miserable for billions of people.

• Homelessness in America is up 33%.

• Canadian poverty is through the roof.

• The U.K. housing crisis is at record levels.

But don’t worry! Politicians say inflation is almost back to their target 2% annual compound theft-of-your-purchasing power.

But here’s the truth:

“The cost of living” crisis will not go away because it cannot go away.

To paraphrase Bill Clinton’s campaign slogan: It’s the inflation, stupid.

Here’s how it works:

1. You deposit $100 in the bank.

2. Your deposit is the ammunition that enables the banksters to create $100 in new debt-money out of thin air, a credit which they lend to a borrower at interest (which is still a biblical sin.)

3. Congratulations! Your nation’s money supply has just inflated by $100, meaning the purchasing power of your money is guaranteed to decrease as prices go up. Meaning more people will have to borrow… meaning the doom spiral will only get worse… forever.

There isn’t a politician in Parliament/Congress who cares about this, because their masters are the very lords of credit who profit from this demonic money-multiplying system.

It’s called fractional reserve banking, and until it is abolished along with interest, prices will continue to rise.

Guaranteed.

And remember: That fake 2% inflation the politicians keep lying about… that’s a 2% fake/10+% real price hike on top of all the previous price hikes.

Prices don’t return to their original levels and then re-inflate again.

If a loaf of bread was $5 and experienced 12% real inflation last year and 8% real inflation this year, that loaf now costs $6.05… 21% cumulative inflation. When real inflation is 10% next year, that loaf is now $6.66… 33% higher than three years earlier.

In case you’re wondering:

Real inflation — when you inflation rising prices, shrinking quantities, collapsing quality, and the move to suscriptions instead of permament ownership — is well over 10% per year.

How much longer can you survive?

Do the actual math.

Right now.

Compound it out.

Okay fine, I’ll do it for you:

Next year, your pay will buy you 90.9% of what it does today.
Year 2: 82.6%
Year 3: 75.1%
Year 4: 68.3%
Year 5: 62.1%

By the end of year seven, the value of your pay will be chopped in half.

In the year 2023, you will have 48.7% of today’s purchasing power.

Who am I kidding?

It will probably be far worse.

That’s the magic of compounding, kids.

It destroys lives.

What you can/can’t do

1.) We cannot tighten-our-belts out of bankers hyper-inflating the economy.
The vast majority will never be able to cut their bills to the bone because inflation will keep raising those bills.

2.) Nor can the vast majority outwork/outrun/outpace inflation.
You can work three full-time jobs like a mule and in twenty years and it will still buy you less than it does today.

3.) Nor can the vast majority invest their way out of this by enslaving others via stocks and bonds.
Nor should they.

The entire Mammonomics system must burn.

Basically the only thing people can do in the meantime is band together in communities and get off the fiat-money grid.

It’s time to start building counter-economies and lighting spiritual fires.

In Conclusion

There is no cost of living crisis.

It’s purposeful inflation caused by willful greed.

Let bankers inflate the money supply → prices go up → governments cut services and increase taxes = compounding debt until literal slavery.

It will not stop until interest and fractional reserve banking are abolished.

1. The BBQ Saga

As you know, someone stole our BBQ a few weeks ago.

Last Sunday at church, a lovely human gave us a new.

Currently trying to decide if we chain this one to the wall, install a tracking device, fill it with glitter bombs, rig it with an electric shock device, or surround it by bear traps.

Even thirty seconds on Reddit or the Substack feed makes me want to hop back on X.

On my first day as Prime Minister, I will ban private corporations and public councils from charging for parking.

Two weeks ago in a tiny village in Wales, we got hit with a $94 parking ticket. I took video of the spot to prove there was no sign anywhere in sight.

A sniveling bureaucrat replied with a document outlining the appeal process:

The fact that there is a complicated flowchart for appealing a charge that shouldn’t exist in the first place gives you an idea of how unfathomably corrupt bureaucrats are.

Can you imagine how many people must be involved in a scheme like this?

The answer is 82,000.

That’s right — there are 82,000 people in the U.K. who aren’t building houses, nursing the elderly, stopping crime, or farming land because they are sitting in an office draining worker bank accounts 24/7.

In total, they cost us £7,000,000,000 per year.

Enough to house all 300,000 homeless people in the U.K. three times over.

The real killer is the TIME wasted.

Last year, these vampires slapped the nation with over 20 million fines, costing the country the equivalent of more than 1,000 full-time jobs, or hundreds of entire human lives.

(In case you’re wondering what will happen when we ban paid parking — corporations will go out of business unless they provide free parking. It’s that simple. It forces them to build whatever amount of parking is sufficient to retain customers. They can absolutely pass that cost along to customers via microscopically higher prices, but they no longer get to profit from lending. Interest must be abolished.)

9. Ancient Home Education

Our eldest starts school in the fall.

We’ve enrolled him in a classical homeschool structured around an ancient Greek learning system called the Trivium.

The word trivium itself is Latin, meaning roughly “the place where three roads meet.”

It’s a form of meta-learning that teaches students how to learn, so they can then apply the trivium to any sort of study or subject of interest.

1. Grammar (Ages 5ish-10ish)
   Learning the language of a subject. (IE, for automotive: brakes, gaskets, torque, horsepower, etc)

2. Dialectic (Ages 11ish-13ish)
   The science of logical reasoning. Thinking, arguing, and arriving at truth via disputation/Socratic questioning/thesis-antithesis-synthesis.

3. Rhetoric (Ages 14ish-16ish)
   Communicating elegantly and persuasively through essays, debate, public speaking, formal disputations, commentaries, etc.

The fine folks who developed the Trivium were geniuses who intuitively understood childhood development:

Young children memorize easily → grammar stage.
Adolescents argue naturally → logic stage.
Older students seek self-expression → rhetoric stage.

Understand it.
Reason about it.
Communicate it.

I wish I’d been schooled in the Trivium!

Our four-year-old’s course of study for the fall includes:
Latin
Theology
History
English
Geography
Science
Art
Maths

It’s daunting for the parents, but our boy is raring to go.

Of course, our goal is not to raise “educated” children.

Our singular goal is to raise kids who love God and people.

So the real task will be centering Christ in every subject.

10. Reading not non-fiction

Historically, I’ve read several dozen books per year — exclusively non-fiction.

Happy to report 2026 was the year I finally cracked into fiction!

It started after I read two of childhood favorites to my four-year-old — Danny Champion of the World and The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar.

Now I’m devouring novels by P. G. Wodehouse (I’m loving his Psmith character), Ian Fleming (followed by the Bond films), Evelyn Waugh (followed by the Decline and Fall mini-series), and Tom Sharpe (follwed by the Porterhouse Blue mini-series.)

Evidently, I only like highly stylized, fast-moving, entertaining, satirical, slightly wicked, masculine, 1930s–1970s British fiction with a strong authorial voice.

Plus Dan Brown.

I’m currently slogging through Dan Brown’s new (and way-too-long) Secret of Secrets.

The good parts are great.

I love the subject matter — non-local consciousness.

Pairs well with the bit of research I’ve been doing on GABA and retrocausality.

But that’s an article for another time… possibly in the past!

We were supposed to leave at 9:00 A.M. for a week in Wales for Michelle’s work.

But we wanted to leave the house perfect for our Home Exchange guests, a cute little family from France.

One thing led to another, and we didn’t end up leaving until 1:30 P.M.

We drove for miles…

And then our car overheated.

We’d already spent over $1,500 on it in the past two weeks, replacing both radiators.

This time it was the cooling pump and related bits and bobs, costing nearly $800.

We limped it back to the shop.

Then rented a car at the eye-watering $1,100. (Thanks bankers for inflating the money supply and devaluing everyone’s money.)

We didn’t end up leaving town until 5:00 P.M.

Over seven hours later, past 1:00 A.M., we were on the home stretch in Wales.

Suddenly Michelle exclaimed, “Pull over right now, I need to puke.”

This has never happened in our eighteen years of marriage and decades of knowing each other since we were twelve.

I pulled over, she got out, and waited for the worst.

About thirty seconds later, a car drove by, then turned around and came back.

A young gal in her early twenties hopped out.

“Do you need any help?”

Michelle and I both looked up. “Daisy?” [Name changed for privacy.]

Daisy was just as suprised as we were.

“It’s you!”

Daisy had been a kid in the church youth group we helped lead years earlier when we lived in Wales.

What a strange coicidence.

I gave her a big hug and we chatted while Michelle tried not to vomit.

We later learned that earlier that day, her brother has said to here, “I haven’t seen Jay and Concord in a while, I miss them.” Then that evening, her cousin’s face had swollen up, and Daisy had driven her to the hospital, where the doctors said she was fine and her face went back to normal, so they drove home, which is how Daisy came to our aid.

I sensed God was up to something.

“Come to church next Sunday,” I said.

Daisy said she’d try, and drove off.

Michelle immediately felt better.

Sunday came. Daisy sat with us. After the service, we swapped stories about how we ended up passing each other on such a random road at such a random time.

“God is pursuing you, Daisy,” I said.

She nodded yes, clearly.

“Do you want to become a Christian?” I asked.

She immediately said yes.

“Do you want to become a Christian right now?” I asked.

She said yes.

Michelle double and triple checked that this is was Daisy really wanted — there can’t be any sort of pressure about such a massive decision — and then led her in a prayer of salvation.

“God as pursuer” has been a major theme in our lives this year.

It seems He’s pursuing a lot of people right now.

Last week at our church small group, we read the Parable of the Lost Coin, the Parable of the Lost Sheep, and the Parable of the Prodigal Son. The small group leader gave us all a coin and asked us to pray for the “lost coins,” the people in our lives who need Jesus. While we were praying, her teenage son texted from camp to say he’d just become a Christian.

God doesn’t want anyone to live life or the afterlife apart from Him. So he searches like a shepherd looking for lost sheep.

Some people run the other direction.
Some people try to stand their ground and fight.
Others come home to their Father.

The choice is ours, every day, and every moment.

Sometimes it takes thousands of dollars worth of car repairs and endless hours of driving in the dark and a swollen face and nausea to get people’s attention.

It was worth it.

My neighbor recently put his barbecue in the back alley.

“What’s up with the barbecue?” I asked.

“We got a new one. You can have this one if you want.”

Fab.

It was absolutely filthy and didn’t have wheels, but I parked it in your back yard and waited for the weather to improve.

A few weeks later, our church small group was over for our weekly supper gathering and the sun came out.

I bought some charcoal, cleaned out the BBQ, and sparked a flame.

The barbecue was a bit rusty, a tad wonky, the lid doesn’t close right, and it’s lop-sided due to its lack of wheels.

But it worked. We grilled about a dozen pounds of meat — beef burgers, lamb kebabs, wieners, steaks, and a South African sausage that hissed like a spitting cobra when you poked it.

Nearly two dozen of us ate like kings while basking in the sunset.

It was my four-year-old’s first charcoal barbecue.

He said it was “the best day of my life.”

Our back yard isn’t fenced.

Just a half-wall beside the sidewalk.

We’ve gotten to know dozens of people over that half-wall. Sometimes we serve tea and scones. Sometimes we share desserts. Sometimes we leave out books and other items that quickly get scooped by people in need.

The whole world can see our back yard.

And the barbecue.

Our small group left around 10pm.

At 4:15am, a man in a hoodie between 40–60 trespassed into our back yard, picked up the wheelless barbecue, and penguin-waddled off.

Our neighbor’s CCTV captured the footage.

My wife went through the five stages of grief quite quickly.

1. Denial

2. Anger

3. Bargaining

4. Depression

5. Acceptance

My son woke me up and excitedly informed me of the theft.

Surprisingly for the whole family, I didn’t get angry.

Because I’ve been thinking a lot recently about two of the weirder principles of Christian economics:

In Luke 6:35, Jesus commands his followers to “lend, expecting nothing in return.”

When Jesus says nothing, he means nothing.

The ‘nothing’ here doesn’t just mean ‘no interest.’

It means no principal, either.

Check out the verse before, Luke 6:34 — “If you lend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to get back the same amount.”

Christians lend, expecting to never be repaid. To be robbed. If we lend to someone who refuses to repay even when they can afford to do so, that’s theft. That’s between them and God. Great riches accrue to our kingdom account for being robbed.

“Robbed?!” we might say. Yes, robbed. In Luke 6:30, Jesus commands his disciples, “Give to everyone who begs from you, and from one who takes away your goods, do not demand them back.”

God’s ledger remains unchanged.

In fact, not seeking repayment when robbed adds to your heavenly account.

Psalm 37:21 says, “The wicked borrows but does not pay back, but the righteous is generous and gives.”

Hebrews 10:34 says, “You joyfully accepted the plundering of your possessions, since you knew that you yourselves had a better possession and an abiding one.”

Jesus himself puts this into practice by giving Judas Iscariot control of their company’s money purse, despite knowing he was a thief, perhaps as a way of inviting him to a life of integrity. Jesus takes the old law of only lending interest-free to fellow Jews, and fulfills the law’s intention by extending total grace, even to enemies.

Every time a Christian gives, lends, forgives a debt, or is robbed and doesn’t demand repayment, their eternal bank account grows richer. In this way, our lending truly reflects the character of our God. God has lent us everything, we have repaid nothing and can’t repay anything, yet He doesn’t hold it against us. God is not a debt collector, He’s a debt canceler. (Luke 7:41–43)

Christian economics is WILD, isn’t it? You can see how it absolutely repulses non-Christians and fake Christians. Christian economics is all about the character of Jesus. Christian lending is focused on mercy, not monetary gain.

Christians hold a lot of things in tension.
We love sinners (ourselves included) but hate sin (especially our own.)
We champion grace but also truth.
We don’t demand our stuff back from thieves, but we also seek justice.

Psalm 10:15 — “Break the arm of the wicked and evildoer; call his wickedness to account till you find none.”

Isaiah 1:17 — “Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow.”

Jeremiah 22:3 — “Do what is just and right. Rescue from the hand of the oppressor the one who has been robbed. Do no wrong or violence to the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place.”

So my four-year-old and I launched an official investigation.

Not for vengeance, retribution, or punishment.

Not to get our barbecue back.

Just to make our neighborhood a place of justice and safety and generosity and friendship. After all, the barbecue belongs to God and anyone who needs it can use it anytime.

Our plan: Gather evidence, submit it to the cops, pray the state does their biblical job (Romans 13:4 — the state is “the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God’s wrath on the wrongdoer.”)

We went door-to-door with a pen and paper, checking CCTV cameras, laughing and commiserating with our countless neighbors who’d also been robbed.

It was fun. And memorable for my little boy — perhaps it will even be the earliest memory he retains in adulthood.

It was a wonderful chance to build relationships and tell them about Christianity’s most suppressed economic theology.

I may have even scored myself an honorary grandmother.

We’re hoping to have a robbery party and invite everyone we interviewed over for a meal.

Sadly, the trail eventually went cold.

The thief got away with it.

It’s a shame, because I was hoping to give him the wheels.

I also thought it would be fun to ask to borrow the barbecue next time we need it for a church small group supper. (He’d get an invite too, of course.)

I’m still not angry.

I’m mostly just sad for the thief.

What is going on in an adult male’s mind and heart and soul and spirit that makes him steal a non-necessity at four in the morning?

If he needed twenty bucks, he could’ve knocked on our door.

Heck, if he needed a barbecue, he could’ve just knocked on our door.

As for the Brock family, we’re back to being barbecueless after just one brilliant, memorable, delicious community feast.

That’s okay.

Been weaseling his way toward the PMship for decades.

Stands for nothing.

I can’t stand people like this.

You need to have a WHY if you want power.

A few good whys:

1. You want to abolish fractional reserve banking.

2. You want to abolish interest.

3. You want to end for-profit land-lording.

4. You want to destroy inflation.

5. You want to create deflationary sovereign money to build 10 million homes.

6. You want to jubilee all debt.

7. You want to save England from cultural annihilation.

A bad why:

Sadly, the U.K. now has to put up with three years of Mr. Power Grab.

The only thing Burnham has been consistent about over his 20+ years of climbing the greasy pole is his ideological inconsistency.

So what can the good people of Britain expect from their new overlord?

Let’s be SUPER charitable.

Absolute best case scenario, Burnham somehow manages to whip his party into voting for…

• devolving 1% of Westminster’s power to the cities

• slightly more public involvement in public transport (yes, public transport is mostly privatized in the U.K.)

• a tiny bit more integration of healthcare and social care

That’s about it.

U.K. PMs are powerless to do any meaningful good because anti-Brits made it impossible.

Conversely, if a new unelected PM wants to wreck all sorts of havoc, he can do so with zero resistance.

Now let’s look at the certain downsides…

1. He’s a self-identified “soft-left” “aspirational socialist,” meaning the country can expect way more national debt and increased taxes to fund way more handouts so millions who can work don’t have to work, including millions who aren’t even British.

2. Never ever forget that he is a globalist who worked as a minister for Tony Blair. Over the next three years, expect him to let in another million people the British people overwhelmingly do not want and have been consistently voting against for 50+ years.

3. Also like his forebears, expect him to blather on endlessly against antisemitism while simultaneously enabling the spread of Islam in the U.K., making the nation materially less safe for Jews and everyone else.

In other words, the country who didn’t get to vote in Andy as their PM should expect more or less more of the same, except definitely more, because that’s how compounding works.

Britain is desperately poor, drowning in debt, hammered by taxes, crushed by shareholder prices, flooded by people who rape their daughters and stab their sons, and ruled by narcissistic puppets who work for powers hostile to the British family.

Andy Burnham will guarantee 2–5% more of this, because that is what his globalist backers want, and all Andy wants is personal power.

Where there are no shepherds, the wolves devour the sheep.

The very nature of Airbnb, like all forms of for-profit land-lording and for-profit lending, is evil.

Airbnb is particularly insidious because landlords outbid local families for homes, then turn would-be family homes into unregulated and unstaffed hotels that destroy the fabric of communities.

The result? It’s left millions of families homeless, made shelter for expensive for everyone else, and leaves thousands of villages ghost-towns in the off-season.

I don’t hate Airbnb hosts and I don’t hate Airbnb guests, but I hate that anyone is sociopathic enough to look objectively and the situation and still plow ahead with making families homeless.

It’s the exact sort of thing Jesus sends people to hell for (Matthew 25:31–46.)

How are you feeling about Elon Musk becoming a trillionaire?

Do you wonder how a rocket ship company can be worth $2.02 trillion when it lost $4.94 billion last year?

It was surprisingly simply and unsurprisingly evil:

1. He convinced the Nasdaq (a tech stock exchange) to waive important requirements that apply to every other company (fast-tracking, getting rid of the minimum float requirement, changing the index weighting, no track record of profitability.)

2. Because index funds and ETFs that passively track the Nasdaq-100 must buy shares to match the index composition and weights, and SpaceX is now part of the Nasdaq-100, but by having so few public shares available, Musk concentrated the buying pressure and inflated the index weighting, effectively forced millions of pensioners to buy massively overpriced stock. If you have a retirement account in the US/Canada/UK, there’s a 99% certainty you just got screwed by the world’s first trillionaire.

As a Christian, I hate this crap.

The lack of integrity of this sort of dishonest financial engineering is morally evil.

But for now, let’s reluctantly set aside the fact that Elon Musk became a trillionaire by forcing unknowing old people to exorbitantly overpay for microscopic slices of his rocket company.

Let’s go deeper.

Millions of trillionaire sycophants say, “Yeah, but it’s just paper net worth, it only becomes real when he sells his stock.”

This is a nonsense lie.

Because he won’t sell his stock, ever.

It’s called BUY BORROW DIE.

Every billionaire does it.

1. They buy assets that increase in value over time.

2. They borrow for dirt cheap against those assets.

3. They die having never paid a penny of income tax, dividends tax, and capital gains tax in their entire lifetime.

Think about it: If you can borrow lifestyle cash at 5%, but your stocks are going up by 10%, you’d be crazy to claim income and pay income tax. So long as debt stays cheaper than your increase in share value, you can borrow an unlimited amount of money to upgrade your lifestyle, buy more stock, wash, rinse, repeat.

Don’t worry, it gets worse: Bankers simply print that money to lend to the billionaire out of thin air, inflating the money supply, which makes your money worth less and your cost of living go up.

The world’s first trillionaire just robbed you again!

More than half of all American billionaire wealth is now permanently held hostage as unrealized gains…totally untaxable by the public… yet billionaires can borrow cheaply against their wealth to fund their absurdly lavish lifestyles and weaponize their wealth to amass ever more power and control of the global economy. If we don’t stop them, they’ll own the whole world within our lifetime.

Elon knows the billionaire tax evasion scheme well:

At one point he had at least 88 million shares pledged as collateral on personal debts.

Elon also knows that we know about the billionaire tax evasion scam:

(By the way, the fix for the billionaire borrow-instead-of-pay-taxes scam is well-known and super-simple: Either don’t let billionaires borrow again stock, or if a billionaire borrows against stock, it triggers income tax at 50% of the current stock price, treating it like a partial distribution.)

Millions of trillionaire sycophants say, “Elon deserves to be a trillionaire.”

Does he, though?

Like, really?

Sure, he’s smart, but that’s God-given, not self-generated.

Sure, he works hard and long and smart, but not one million times harder or longer or smarter.

While millions of workers in the U.S. toil for a minimum wage of $7.25/hour, there are CEOs in America that make over $100 million per year — over 6,000 years of minimum wage work. The average CEO-to-worker pay for large firms is nearly 300 to 1. (To be clear, CEOs don’t work 300 times more hours or expend 300 times more calories of effort. As empirical studies have proven, they don’t even produce 300 times more value for shareholders.)

Musk didn’t even start Paypal, Tesla, or SpaceX.

Shareholder capitalism would have you and the rest of humanity believe whoever is paid the most money surely must have contributed the most value to society. This is obviously a lie. The richest people alive are not centabillionaires and trillionaires because they did more work, but because they monopolized more assets.

No shareholder billionaire has ever earned their fortune and there’s a simple way to test this:

How large would Elon Musk’s net worth be without the hundreds of thousands of suppliers and workers who made Tesla and SpaceX what they are today?

None of us would’ve ever heard of Elon Musk.

What’s really neat? If none of Musk’s sprawling globalist multinational corporations ever existed, all of these workers would still have jobs. With no massive monopolies killing competition and evading taxation, many workers would be receiving more pay and much better working conditions.

If no workers worked for centa-billionaire Jeff Bezos, what would his net worth be? Zilch. But would authors, publishers, and booksellers cease to exist? Obviously not.

Each worker is an entrepreneur who creates their own job. If a shareholder couldn’t extract a profit off a worker, they would never hire workers. Workers create their own jobs by creating new usable value for society. The only reason shareholders are able to extract a profit off the work of others is the monopolization of God’s free natural resources. Shareholder profits… including trillionaire profits… are the ultimate inefficiency and the ultimate economic corruption.

“Tax the rich!” ISN’T the answer

Tax-and-redistribute doesn’t fix the problem.

There are several major psychological problems with taxing billionaires to redistribute the wealth to people in need. The psychology of taxation is something we don’t talk about often enough, and I believe it’s time we bring it to center stage:

1. Taxing billionaires makes them feel like something has been taken away from them.

A few years ago, my baby son Concord was playing happily in my lap. Michelle handed me a bottle of breastmilk. Concord didn’t ask for it, but I gave it to him anyway. A minute later I pulled it away, and he screamed bloody murder. Why? Because I took it away.

Billionaires are like screaming babies.

If we never gave it to them in the first place, they wouldn’t scream when we take it away.

2. Taxing billionaires gives them the false impression that it was their money in the first place.

Elon Musk — the Marie Antoinette of our generation — is the textbook example of someone who genuinely thinks his money is his.

This is a techno-grifter who’s received tens of billion in corporate socialism at tax-payer expense, using our currency, our educated workforce, our infrastructure, our judiciary and property rights, our military and policing, and our economy, and he thinks he’s the only person who gets to decide how he gets to spend the wealth we collectively created as a society?

3. Taxing billionaires gives them the false impression they actually “earned” all that money.

It is mathematically impossible to “earn” a billion dollars in a democratic society. (America is a nearly-rules-free-market metaverse that believes a single homo sapien can create a billion dollars in “value,” but people who live in reality understand this is societal hogwash.)

If you worked a job that paid $50 per hour ($100,000/year), you’d have to work full-time for 10 million years to properly earn a trillion dollars.

It’s just not possible in a democracy of rational citizens.

4. Taxing billionaires gives them the false impression that they are entitled to trillions of dollars of worker-created wealth.

Workers create 100% of every company’s value. Billionaires “earn” their money by extracting value from the planet, their suppliers, their employees, their customers, and taxpayers.

The moral truth is that all American wealth belongs to the American people, and democracy should ultimately decide how it is distributed, re-distributed, or ideally…

We need fair PRE-distribution

We need to forget about fruitlessly trying to tax billionaires and re-enforcing their elitist mindset in the process — we need a fairer pre-distribution that reflects our commons values.

What could this look like, practically?

Level 1: Imagine if every single worker in America was automatically enrolled in a union that fought against corporations to secure them higher wages, more ownership, better and safer working conditions, and the lion’s share of the value they create.

Level 2: Imagine if every adult American was entitled to a truly living-wage job guarantee so they could decline low-paying private-sector jobs that require them to make a profit for shareholders, thus creating a market condition that forces companies to compete against democracy to pay workers closer to their fair share.

Level 3: Imagine if all company stock had to be fairly distributed to the workers of each company. Or you could only have companies with non-exploitative business models where shareholders can’t passively flay a profit off the work of others, IE, co-operatives, partnerships, not-for-profits, for-benefits, sole proprietorships, etc

Now imagine if we did all three things. What would happen? Workers would re-gain the purchasing power that has been stolen from them since 1971, and then some.

If we did these things, elites would no longer have the economic power to undermine democracy.

If we did these things, the people would have a real stake in the nation they’re building.

If we did these things, we’d end up with a world without billionaires and trillionaires.

And we’d be mathematically far richer for it.

As predicted, U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer has now be forced to resign.

For those keeping score, by the time Andy Burnham becomes the unelected Prime Minister in mid-July, the U.K. will have endured six Prime Ministers in the past seven years. Seven in the past ten years. Five of whom seized the top job without being elected by the nation in a general election.

Rule #1: Live not by lies. It creates a culture of liars.

So let’s say the Labour Party (which stopped representing labour when Starmer ousted Corbyn) crown “King of the North” Andy Burnham as their new Prime Minister.

Then what?

There’s a saying in Parliament: “You pull the levers of power and nothing happens.”

Starmer voiced basically the same thing: “As Prime Minister… every time I go to pull a lever, there are a whole bunch of regulations, consultations, arms-length bodies that mean the action from pulling the lever to delivery is longer than I think it ought to be.”

This isn’t a bug of the system… it’s the system designed to do exactly that.

The U.K. is not a democracy — it’s a quangocracy.

A quick history lesson:

After WWII, the aristocrats lost the power to control Britain for their own private profit. Every soldier came home and demanded the right to determine their family’s future.

So, the elites publicly championed democracy while privatizing most areas of government into “Non-Departmental Public Bodies.” They were public in name, but private in practice, with no ministerial department overseeing them. Thatcher created nearly 250 of these. There were over 3,000 at their height. These behemoths eventually became know as quangos — Quasi-Autonomous Non-Governmental Organisations.

Quangos are…

• funded by the people (at huge expense with near-zero accountability)

• tasked with carrying out public functions/services (which, as we’ll see in a second, they do terribly)

• not overseen by democratically-elected officials

Today, more than 300 of these anti-democratic bureaucrat-controlled institutions dominate British life:

• The British tax department (similar to the IRS and CRA) rents over 600 of its offices from companies registered in… wait for it… tax havens.

• Military recruitment is privatized, leading to… surprise surprise… a shortfall of over 100,000 recruits. After all, if all the roles were filled, taxpayers wouldn’t need to pay tens of millions to private recruitment companies.

• No department wastes taxpayer money than the National Health Service (NHS), which is national in name but largely privatized and growing more so each day.

• The Serious Fraud Office rarely prosecutes serious fraud.

• The Office for Students has led to some of the highest university costs in the world.

• The UK Health Security Agency was a disaster during Covid.

• The Prison and Probation Service ensures prisons are overcrowded, prisoners are accidentally released, and conditions are abhorrent.

• The Border Force has been unable to stop the illegal entry of more than 1 million fight-age men from countries and religions that hate Britons.

• The Office for National Statistics lies about inflation and immigration numbers every single day.

• Ofwat (the water agency) allows the private water companies to (literally) pour feces in British rivers and raise water bills while delivering dividends to shareholders while refusing to do the £90+ billion in repairs they’re legally behind on doing.

• The Bank of England has impoverished the nation, plunging tens of millions into poverty, and indebting the nation to the tune of trillions.

So it doesn’t matter who the new unelected Prime Minister is.

They can pull all the levers and gears and switches they want — none of those doo-dads are attached to the engine.

Is Britain ungovernable?

Of course not.

It’s just not governable by any democratically-elected government.

What we’re seeing is what happens when national power is taken out of the hands of the “elected” government and put in the hands of a supranational power structure that doesn’t give a damn about the British family.

The elites pick the bureaucrats, the bureaucrats do their bidding.

For instance, Keir Starmer never mentioned killing old people in his campaign. Nor introducing Orwellian digital ID. Yet as soon as he got into power, he tried to do both things twice. Why? Because that’s what his overlords put him there to do.

We’re witnessing the next stage in the globalist empire, the stage that the Canada and France and every other Western nation is facing:

The end of the veneer of democracy.

Global power-players… the American Empire, Israel, and Islam… are warring for control of Britain.

They’re doing the same in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, and every other Western nation that was peaceful and prosperous. Nation states are just carrion — meat carcasses to be plucked apart by vultures.

What can Britons do about this?

Can they “vote harder”?

I’m doubtful.

Let’s say a real reformer came on the scene. Someone advocating to abolish all quangos and bring them all under democratic oversight. Someone advocating to end globalist corporate control. Someone advocating to end of private money-creation.

Would the globalist powers not do everything in their power to undermine, overwhelm, or destroy such a person and their movement?

There’s only one way to find out.

Stop throwing away your vote on establishment parties and throw your weight behind moral movements.

Last week, a Sudanese man tried to behead a mentally-handicapped British citizen in broad daylight on the streets of Belfast. (Sudan is 94.7% Muslim)

Stabbed him in the eyes and tried to saw off his head before a bunch of brave Brits stopped him.

This happens on a monthly basis here in the U.K.

The U.K. now also suffers from the highest number of annual recorded rapes in Europe, directly correlated to the increase in adult males from the Middle East and Africa. (Facts aren’t racist—in 1980, prior to the Blairite immigration tsunami, there were around 1,225 recorded rapes. Last year it was 74,265.)

It’s the same story every time a non-Brit knifes a Brit: The British government ferociously condemns the protests that follow the stabbings, but write off the terrorists as “lone wolves” with “mental illness” and “no apparent ideological motive.”

This lie-filled approach has single-handedly pushed the majority of European voters to the political right, in desperate hope that anti-liberals will find a way to send the millions of immigrants home and restore some semblance of civilization.

What no one seems to understand is that bankers caused this.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1

Just over a century ago, bankers convinced corrupt politicians to give bankers the monopoly on money creation.

Step 2

Ever since then, bankers have been inflating our money supply by creating debt-based credit-money out of thin air.

Step 3

Inflating the money supply leads to price inflation. Your money is worth less, and it buys less.

Step 4

America exports much of that inflation to the 100+ countries that use the $USD. Same for a few other countries with currencies that others use as a reserve currencies (the pound, euro, etc.) Some, not all. Americans, Brits, and Europeans still suffer inflation, it’s just not 20–100% like many African and South American countries that rely on the $USD, £, etc.

Step 5

Each year, tens of millions of impoverished third-world folks reach the point of desperation and decide to flee their homeland due to poverty and… ahem… “religious” violence. That’s a major immigration push factor.

Step 6

Meanwhile, corporations back in the U.S./U.K./Europe want to keep prices as low as profitably possible, despite inflation pushing prices up. So what do they do? They ignore domestic voters and flood the U.S./U.K./Europe with cheap third-world labor. That’s the major immigration pull factor.

The push factor of poverty and the pull factor of corporations are a match made in heaven for out-of-control, nation-swamping immigration.

Even if 100% of the citizens of the U.K. or France or Sweden voted to send back every single foreigner, it wouldn’t matter.

Corporations want cheap labor, and impoverished people want a better life.

It’s an unstoppable combo.

Unless you stop the bankers.

Ban fractional reserve money-printing and interest, and suddenly banking becomes a not-for-profit utility that actually serves humanity instead of enslaving it.

Inflation disappears at home and abroad.

Prices go down.

Our money buys more.

Our taxes go down.

Our economies recover.

Our nations rebuild.

Foreigners no longer need to leave their home countries due to first-world impoverishment, and governments have a clear reason to deny them entry.

With no foreigners to exploit, corporations will have to significantly raise wages for domestic workers.

Shareholder profits will fall, weakening the noose on humanity.

Getting rid of the cause of inflation — bankers printing money — is a win-win for everyone who isn’t outright evil.

Especially for people who don’t love being stabbed in the face.

Until Elon bought it, re-branded as X, and launched what is for my money the world’s most addictive algorithm.

Here’s how I know this is true:

My 2026 New Year’s resolution was to give up X (and BBC radio) for the year.

It’s been 159 days and I still want to go on X thirty times a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My cravings have not diminished in the least.

In fact, they’ve shifted.

A few months after I put X on pause, my brain went hunting for feeds.

It started when my computer crashed. My new one didn’t have Facebook News Feed Eradicator. Facebook showed me a recent photo of dear friend. I liked it. For the next week, the occasional pop over to Facebook was like having a reunion with hundreds of people I hadn’t seen online in over a decade.

My brain wanted more.

It then found a feed on Substack

That’s right: Two feeds replaced one feed.

But the two feeds still aren’t fulfilling my brain’s craving for variable reward stimulus half as much as X. I want X. I want it now.

Remember, my scrolling is limited to my laptop, so it’s still like 1/20th of a normie. I don’t scroll in line, scroll in between meetings, scroll while waiting for appointments, scroll on dinners or holidays with my family. My nearly-70-year-old father-in-law scrolls at least 5X more than I do.

Plus, I use Adblock + Ghostery + uBlockOrigin, so I don’t see ads and tracking is decimating.

Am I trying to rationalize my addiction?

Absolutely.

We’re almost all addicted:

• Over a billion people use their phone compulsively.

• Teenagers are on screens as many hours each week as a full-time job.

• The average adult with a phone will spend an average of over 5 years of life scrolling.

Once Facebook thought I was properly hooked, it started serving less relational content and more political content.

Same with Substack.

Then there was a straw that broke this old camel’s back.

Last week, I went for a walk in the woods with my wife and kids and father-in-law. He had a cell phone in his pocket. We somehow got onto the topic of J.K. Rowling, and I told him how she decided to stay in the U.K. and pay taxes because taxpayers had supported her while she wrote Harry Potter, decimating her billionaire status.

This is what my Substack feed showed me a few hours later:

This was not a coincidence.

• My father-in-law’s phone heard the conversation.

• Apple’s AI used his link to my wife and my voice ID to sell this data to God knows how many people who are building a dossier on all of us.

• One of them, Substack, stuffed this in my feed.

It happens all the time.

I had a conversation with one of my friends about a wonderfully revolutionary book called The Patient Ferment of the Early Church and immediately afterward, she started getting sourdough posts.

I now have a folder containing dozens of such instances.

Just think of how quick the algorithms silo people into echo chambers.

Try this for yourself. Like 10 pro-Israel posts if you’re anti-Israel, or 10 anti-Islam posts if you’re pro-Islam, and watch how fast the algorithm starts feeding you what it thinks you want to hear.

Remember: Divide and conquer is their business model.

So what have I learned?

1. I am undeniably addicted, and not just to X. I cannot imagine how much worse it would be if I had a phone and was into gaming and p*rn. And there I go rationalizing again.

2. The feeds themselves are the problem. The variable reward… a little humor, a little anger, a little inspiration, a little cuteness, a little lust, a little fear, a little more anger… is keep the brains of billions searching for a hit. It’s skyrocketing anxiety and division while killing drive and productivity. The end result? Everyone’s too exhausted to do anything but keep scrolling, allowing trillion-dollar companies to bombard us with ads for stuff we don’t need at costs humanity cannot afford.

3. Like everyone else, I will always be addicted to feeds. Feeds are addictive. They are engineered to be addictive. It’s like heroin. Heroin will never not be addictive. The key is simply to not do heroin. The key is to get all feeds out of my life.

4. At what target am I aiming? I want to limit my dopamine hits to five major things: Time with God, time with people, work time, gym time, and time in nature.

Where do these corporations (and their shareholders — check your portfolio) — get off?

As many of you know, I don’t own a cell phone, but let me tell you, the more companies demand my privacy and personal information, the more I hate them, ditch them, and fight against them.

Of course, I can’t hold back the tide.

No alone, at least.

The reality is that billions of people are sleep-walking into the lake of fire and are about to get torched by total global surveillance.

I’m tracking six major developments:

1. The biometric market Is exploding

Face biometrics liveness checks by banks etc are expected to more than double by the end of next year.

Roughly a billion fools have already surrendered their Face ID and fingerprint to Apple+Google and their thousands of corporate and government partners, all to say the unfathomable effort of typing in 4–6 passwords digits.

The establishment’s reason: “To counter deep fakes!”

Or maybe… we could just have real physical banks again and bank shareholders could make slightly fewer billions.

2. Governments are mandating biometrics at borders

By the end of 2026, the US CBP will requires biometric for all non-citizens.

The establishment’s reason: “To stop terrorism.”

Or maybe… we could just halt the #1 most violent ideology in world history from having free movement into Western countries. Don’t let in people who believe certain things, full-stop. Beliefs foment actions; it’s really just that simple. For everyone else, they can just talk to a human border officer like that past few centuries.

3. Mandatory digital ID

There are at least 197 digital ID schemes running globally. 49 African nations have it banking, healthcare, or elections. EU Digital Identity Wallets are thundering ahead. US states are gang-pressing mobile driver’s licenses. UK PM Keir “Stalin” just announced he’ll try again to pass digital ID, even though it got squashed less than a year ago.

The establishment’s reason: “For your security and convenience.”

Or maybe… it’s the opposite of security and I’m happy to have a little bit of inconvenience to remain free. My doctor’s name is John. My name is Jared. Neither of us need a digital ID because we actually know each other. A physical driver’s licenses has worked fine for over half a century. Banks and hospitals can and should go back to in-person if necessary. I’ve manned voting stations at several national elections… it is not difficult to identify someone in person.

4. Multimodal and continuous authentication is becoming the new norm

By 2030, expect face + fingerprint + voice + behavioral to be standard identification practice.

Yes, behavioral.

That nasty list includes:

• “Gait analysis: Walking patterns captured via accelerometer/gyroscope (stride length, rhythm, posture).

• Device handling: How you hold your phone (angle, rotation, dominant hand), how it moves with you, grip pressure, and orientation changes.

• Keystroke dynamics: Typing rhythm, speed, pressure on keys, dwell time (how long a key is held), flight time (pauses between keys), and error patterns.

• Mouse/cursor movements: Speed, acceleration, trajectory, click patterns, scroll behavior, and fluidity of movement.

• Touchscreen/gesture interactions: Swipe speed/direction/pressure, pinch/zoom patterns, tap force, scrolling habits, and finger positioning.

• Voice/speech patterns (sometimes overlapping): Cadence, inflections, speaking rhythm (beyond pure voiceprint).

• Smart watch physical data (blood pressure, heart rate, sleep waves, etc)

• Other patterns: Eye tracking/movements, signature/handwriting dynamics, navigation habits (e.g., how you move between app fields or websites), session timing, and even cognitive behaviors like hesitation or decision-making speed.”

The establishment’s reason: “Stronger verification for fraud prevention.”

Or maybe… we don’t need stronger verification. We actually need less things that need verifying. I don’t own a phone because owning a phone enables sociopaths to track me against my will.

5. Corporate-Government Integration

US agencies like ICE are expanding facial recognition apps and AI agents, partnering with Ring/Flock camera networks to expand their tentacles.

The establishment’s reason: “To combat crime.”

Or maybe… we just do what El Salvador did: Actually round up and jail on the criminals so there’s literally no need to even lock your doors.

Crime flourishes because the biggest criminals (supra-national government) need you to live in real danger so they can control your life.

6. Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) and programmable money continue to press ahead

Literally no one except psychopathic power-worshippers want this one, but at least 146 countries (representing 98% of global GDP) are actively pilot projects running, with three countries already up and running.

The establishment’s reason: “To counter crime and secure monetary infrastructure.”

Or maybe… we jail the criminals and go back to cash. When the government’s AI can monitor, turn off your money at will, and make you legally homeless in a literal nanosecond, it’s game over.

Of course, none of this surprises Christians in the least.

1,930 years ago, all the way back in ~96AD, one of our prophets had a vision and saw the following:

[A beast] “causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name.” (Revelation 13:16–17)

Who in their right mind would ever consent to this?

If you read the context, this under-the-skin payment option only arises after extreme chaos — war, hyperinflation, famine and disease, and a Middle Eastern army killing a third of humanity. Then along comes an entity… what can really only be described as an AI super-intelligence… who brings temporary order at an unforgivable cost.

The Greek word for mark is charagma, meaning stamp or engraving. We can already embed implantable, bio-compatible micro-chips in the skin for payment processing. (They’re about the size of a flat grain of rice.)

The entity will force this on the entire world “for your safety, security, and convenience.”

For those curious about how you’re currently being acclimatized to accept the mark, it goes something like this:

Pay with cash → pay with a card → pay with your phone → pay with your watch → pay with an embedded chip where your watch use to be.

Or pay using your Neurolink-style head-chip instead of paying with your smart glasses.

Unless new national leaders turn their nations around, these six tech developments will continue to compound and accelerate.

What you can do

1. Say no.

Just simply refuse.

Be bloody belligerent (but in a kind, fun, friendly, but lethally-firm way.)

When I go to airports and they try to use facial recognition, I put my hand in front of the camera. I’m then directed to a real human being, who checks my documents, asks me a few questions, makes a real human connection, and sends me on my way.

Bank in person. Bank less.

Don’t shop anywhere that doesn’t accept cash. Tell them why and give them a chance to re-consider earning your business. Post negative reviews and spread the word so they change their mind.

Pay with cash. Work for cash if you can. Tell businesses you support them specifically because they allow you to pay with cash. Accept cash if you run a business. Just this morning, I paid my greengrocer in cash and he rounded down my total, “Because you paid in cash.” Why should Mastercard/Visa/Stripe get 2.9% + $0.50 of every transaction under the sun (at 50% profit margins due to their monopoly) while passing our private information on to thousands of corporations and hundreds of governments?

Tell everyone who demands a phone number that you don’t own a cell phone, and/or that you don’t give your personal details to strangers.

The phrase “I am extremely uncomfortable with you pressuring me and trying to invade my privacy” still works wonders on most non-satanic humans.

Hurl your smartphone in the nearest river.

Take a sledge hammer to your smart devices.

Recycle your smart appliances.

If you have house cameras, get ones that are air-gapped and stored on a local network with no possibility of grid connection.

Disconnect.

Get offline.

The existential costs do not outweigh the incremental, marginal, so-called benefits.

Refuse to participate.

2. Vote against the powers that be at every available option

Stop throwing away your vote on the popular parties.

Voting for the lesser of two evils is still collaborating with evil.

Fund godly leaders.

3. Divest

Sell all stocks and bonds in all companies that uses these wicked technologies.

It’s sinful/evil/immoral to profit from the enslavement of humanity.

Yes, you’ll have to sell it all, because they’re all getting in on the racket.

Use the money to pay off your debts, buy land, and help others do the same.

4. Get land

I cannot stress how vital this is. We are rapidly approaching a day where those who refuse to get chipped will be excluded from the global economy. They will only have three options to survive:

1. Steal. Virtually impossible in the age of total surveillance.

2. Black market. You’ll essentially be a slave, doing labor/services/prostitution/etc for people who have the mark and access to the global economy.

3. Live off the land. Ideally in community with other resistors. When no one can buy and sell goods and services without the mark, being able to generate food and shelter outside the money system will be essential for physical survival.

5. DO NOT TAKE THE MARK

Apologies for getting weird, but I’d be a very bad Christian indeed if I didn’t at least warn you of the Christian perspective… which, of course, you have complete and total free will to accept or reject; I’ll love you either way:

By accepting the mark, not only will you surrender total control of your entire life to a deeply anti-human entity, but the mark is going to make you physically sick (Revelation 16:2), and then it’s going to spiritually damn you forever (Revelation 19:20, Revelation 14:9–11.)

Refusing to participate in an economic system that inevitably leads to destruction will make you deeply unpopular.

In Matthew 10:22, Jesus says, “You will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.”

Accepting total global surveillance is your choice.

Choose like your life depends on it.

Things are getting spicy on the island with the most sensitive of taste buds.

The current Prime Minister is Keir Starmer finished.

Five of his ministers resigned last week, and the buzzards are circling, including a.) his former Health Minister (another buddy of Jeffrey Mandelson, who was pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s bestie), b.) his former Deputy Prime Minister (a woman with no qualifications for the job, who recently dodged some tax trouble), and c.) the current mayor on Manchester (the self-proclaimed “King of the North.”)

Starmer’s options:

1. Beg, bribe, and threaten his MPs to continue to back him.

2. Let the Labour Party decide his fate with an internal vote, in which case he will likely lose and one of the three challengers listed above will become the unelected PM.

3. Nuke his party for turning on him, call a general election, and watch his party get destroyed at the ballot box.

Even if he somehow staves off a Labour Party rebellion via #1 or #3, when the 2029 election rolls around, British voters will not be giving him a second turn.

So what are the other options?

• No eyes are on Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch. Her “conservative” globalist party mauled the country like a rabid jaguar for fourteen years and won’t be re-elected for at least a generation.

• No eyes are on the Liberal-Democrat leader Ed Davies. The party is full of pro-European globalists who can’t decide where they stand, with their party leader having to resort to Slip ’N Slides and bungee jumping to draw attention in the last election.

• Some eyes are on Green leader Zack Polanski, a Polish Jew who hates Israeli, loves Islam, and has been dodging taxes for the past three years. The most exposure he gets, the worse his party does, because, frankly, he is nuts. Open borders + free-for-all drugs doth not a nation make.

• Most eyes are on Reform leader Nigel Farage, a blowhard fake-right-wing carnival barker with crypto sponsors and alleged ties to Russia.

At present, polls suggest Reform is going to crush all comers at the 2029 election.

But there’s one tiny little problem:

A wheat farmer from the Cotswolds.

In 2029, he’ll be 71.

He used to be a member of Nigel Farage’s Reform party, until he realized that Farage is just a globalist opportunist and not a real conservative, and when Lowe started diverging from the Reform line, Farage booted him from the party, called the police, and tried to politically assassinate Lowe.

It failed spectacularly.

The curmudgeonly old farmer snapped back like a Rottweiler, threatened to sue, started his own party called Restore UK, and absolutely crushed the Reform party in all ten of its seats at the local elections last week.

The man’s name is Rupert Lowe.

He worked for a bunch of huge (and hugely evil) London city banks before moving into old-age-home profiteering, then into directorships of various land-lordy-type rentier extraction schemes, then chaired the Southampton Football Club. Bagging a net worth in the £30 million range to perpetually reap unearned profits off the backs of workers, he settled into Cotswoldian farming and a seat in Parliament.

Restore UK

The farmer’s platform can be summarized:

1. “Reverse mass immigration through large-scale deportations: Prioritise detaining and deporting all illegal migrants (estimated up to 2 million), foreign criminals, and non-contributors (IE those on benefits, unable to speak English, or failing to integrate). Abolish the asylum system. Introduce a “Red List” for high-risk countries.

2. Abolish inheritance tax, slash corporation tax, slash public services. (He’s a huge fan of Margaret Thatcher.)

3. Scrap Net Zero goals so energy companies can drill and frack.

4. Ban the burqa/niqab, Sharia law/courts, and cousin marriages, restore self-defence rights so British people can protect themselves from Muslim violence.

5. Have a referendum to reinstate the death penalty.

6. Outlaw Digital ID.”

As you can imagine, this platform has proven extremely popular with rich people, shareholders, the working class who see their houses/jobs/benefits going to non-Brits, the countless families who’ve children have suffered horrors at the hands of the r*ape gangs, anyone who hates seeing their high street get taken over by ethnic gangs, anyone who doesn’t want Orwellian surveillance, and anyone who wants fewer than 9.6 million crimes to be committed per year. Basically 80% of British people want these things.

To his domestic and foreign detractors who call him racist, Islamophobic, etc, he repeatedly says just three words:

“I don’t care.”

His supporters have a more charming slogan:

“Aim high, vote Lowe.”

Restore’s polling already hovers near 10%, even though Rupert’s name recognition is still extremely low and Restore doesn’t even appear on most polling surveys.

Reform are quaking in their boots.

They’ve even scaled back their flamboyant branding and copied Restore’s low-key fonts in their advertising.

The battle royale takes place on June 18th in a little constituency called Makerfield.

Makerfield is a traditionally working-class area in Greater Manchester in the northwest of England.

Until last week, it was the seat of MP Josh Simons, a devious colluder in Starmer’s inner circle who led a technocrat think tank to purge the party of progressives and tried to foist Orwellian digital ID on the British people.

Simons, sensing blood in the water, resigned his seat so Andy “King of the North” Burham can run in a by-election, not doubt in exchange for perks and positions in the future.

If Burham wins, he becomes an MP and can trigger a leadership contest to challenge Starmer, aiming to become the country’s unelected PM.

Rupert Lowe is having none of it.

• Restore has declared they’ll run a candidate, a local businesswoman.

• Reform is running a candidate (a plumber) to not appear weak, and is bemoaning Restore for “splitting the right vote,” as though they are automatically entitled to votes without earning them.

• Labour is running Andy Burham, with Burham’s backers throwing the kitchen sink at Makerfield in hopes of overthrowing Starmer.

• The Green party wants to capitalize on their momentum and continue to cannibalize the left-Labour vote.

• The Cons and Lib-Dems will run candidates to pretend they’re still relevant.

• Even the Monster Raving Looney Party has fielded a candidate.

If Labour loses, Andy Burham can’t challenge Keir Starmer.

If Reform loses, it puts them on the back foot while Restore grabs all the momentum.

The stakes are high for the two leading parties.

Everyone is going to throw everything at this.

This might be the highest turnout by-election in U.K. history.

Rupert Lowe‘s challenges

1. He’s a Margaret Thatcher fan. Even most conservatives not begrudgingly admit that selling off the nation’s assets for pennies on the dollar, only to have them be rented back to us for top dollar, was a terrible idea.

2. He’s in favor of the death penalty. As a Christian, I cannot brook the killing of anyone because Christians believe humans are created in the image of God. Lock murderers in prison for life and make them work to pay their own way and their economics costs to society. The death penalty sends a message to your nation that humanity isn’t a thing worth protecting at all cost.

3. His policies lead to more neofeudal rentier extraction. Lowe wants to make it easier for parasitic investors to bid up and monopolize the nations assets in order to extract more interest, rents, and profits. More vampires ≠ more wellbeing.

4. Like everyone else, he’s ignoring the fundamental economic problem. Because of inflation, tax money buys less each year — guaranteeing tax rises, service cuts, more crime, worse pay, and a rising cost of living for all… forever. He needs to abolish fractional reserve. No more letting bankers inflate the money supply by printing money out of thin air.

5. He’ll continue to punish working, employment, spending, development, and entrepreneurship, while rewarding parasites. He should abolish income tax, national insurance, VAT, council tax, and business rates, replacing them with Georgist land value taxes, economic rents taxes, and Pigovian charges on negative externalities. This is fundamental justice and great economics.

6. Did I mention he’s a Margaret Thatcher fan?

He’s touched a nerve

Whether cosmopolitans, globalists, liberals, and internationals like it or not, the indigenous British family are a deeply conservative bunch.

But they haven’t had a genuinely traditional, paternalist, country-loving, moderate, pragmatic conservative option since Harold Macmillan in 1957–1963.

Some people think Rupert Lowe is the chosen one, the “true” conservative to counter the popular Farage fake-conservativism.

While there’s no doubt Lowe is the only man in Parliament who is serious about protecting Brits from immigrant crime and violence, Lowe’s brand of conservatism is actually more of a mix of laissez‑faire, small state, market-is-God neoliberalism than real British conservatism. His economics mathematically cannot fix Britain’s myriad economic problems.

Will a septuagenarian wheat farmer be the next elected Prime Minister of the United Kingdom?

“The landlords, like all other men, love to reap where they never sowed…”

As many of you know, this former landlord (of four units) has been preaching a fact for over six years now:

That landlords are taking over the economy and will inevitably collapse the economy.

It’s inescapable math:

1. Banks would rather lend to a real estate investor than a local working family, because a.) landlords can afford to pay more (because they’ll be reaping rents) and b.) landlords are more likely to repay the bank (using rent money. Does anyone think the average working family will still have a job 25–40 years in the AI-dominated future?)

2. Landlords outbid would-be homeowners. They then maximize their gains from the rental unit, and use the profits to outbid more would-be homeowners for houses.

3. Rinse and repeat, compounding their exploitative gains until the masses own nothing and are forced to pay more in rent to stay sheltered than they would’ve to own, had landlording been banned and/or landlords been banished to the moon.

4. The more workers are forced to pay to stay sheltered, the less they can spend on everything else, which destroys jobs, which destroys more jobs, which destroys more jobs. The end. Landlords win. (And then usually get hung or beheaded — sometimes both — when the revolution starts.)

Here’s the fun part:

Someone just ran an economic model and proved this thesis.

(Not that we needed to run a simulation. We could just look at all of economic history.)

Right now, it takes 12 years of wages to buy a house in the U.K. The simulation started with 1,000 houses, 1,000 housing units, 3% population growth, and a few other conservative factors.

They ran the simulation.

By turn 100…

• it took 25,640 years of wages to buy a house

• rent constituted 99.5% of the GDP

• the landlord/renter wealth gap was 5,058X

If you understand this, this should be all you need to hear to outlaw for-profit landlording immediately.

If you still want to keep landlording, then we need to talk about beheadings again…

Because the simulation folks also calculated a Revolutionary Pressure Index.

As landlords take over an economy and life becomes unbearable for workers, revolutionary pressure rises as in a pressure cooker. Eventually, things explode. They have no choice — workers and their children will literally die if they can’t force the government to reform landlording.

You can actually calculate a revolt probability. For instance, no one is revolting if jobs pay well, housing is affordable, and the cost of living is easily attainable for the vast majority. But if you’re paying 80% of your income for bread as French labourers did in 1788, get ready for the French Revolution.

Right now, the U.K. is around 48 on the Revolutionary Pressure Index, roundabouts the 1929 Weimar unrest phase. (Leading to Hitler becoming Chancellor in 1933.)

When the Revolutionary Pressure Index hits 80 (at turn 78 in the simulation), revolt is all but guaranteed and landlords get crushed.

The author of the piece thinks this will happen in 2028.

Best case scenario, we’re 20–30 years from total national collapse.

What you can do

At the government level, we just need to tax for-profit landlording out of existence. It’s that simple. No financialization of housing, no investors holding shelter hostage at the cost of human life.

There are important things you need to do, too:

1. Stop being part of the problem. Sell your rental properties, real estate stocks and bonds, and banking stocks and bonds right now.

2. Do everything you can to help others get out of renting and into home stewardship before things get significantly worse.

3. Never throw away your vote by voting for establishment political parties.

4. Share this article with a landlord and/or a tenant.

Epstein meets with former Israeli PM Ehud Barak ~30 times in a five-year window.

Born the same year as Epstein, the self-proclaimed “Prince of Darkness” is a gay politico who turns the traditionally-left-wing Labour Party into the globalist corporatocracy-loving party it remains today, first under PM Tony Blair (where he’s forced to resign twice amidst scandal.)

Mandelson becomes friends with Epstein by 2002 and the next year is calling him his “best pal,” with Epstein paying Mandelson and his partner Reinaldo Avila da Silva tens of thousands of pounds, and Mandelson reportedly giving Epstein high-level dirt from the U.K.

After Epstein’s pedo conviction in 2008, Mandelson and Epstein remain besties, with Mandelson still allegedly forwarding sensitive government info to Epstein for his clients to profit from.

Below Peter Mandelson is Morgan McSweeney

A directionless Irish teenager drops out of college and spends months living on an Israeli kibbutz. When he returns to the British Isles, he moves to England and takes a job at Labour HQ under Mandelson. Mandelson eventually gets himself appointed to the House of Lords and re-enters government as a minister under Gordon Brown.

Mandelson and his protege remain connected for the next 25 years, with McSweeney increasingly relying on Mandelson for advice.

Below Morgan McSweeney is Keir Starmer

Keir Starmer marries a Jewish woman. The family belongs to the Liberal Jewish Synagogue in St John’s Wood. Starmer touchingly describes the family’s Friday night Shabbat dinners as a “rock in the week.”

Eerily similar to Mandelson with Blair, McSweeney purges the Labour Party of “antisemitic” lefties including Jeremy Corbyn (who was/is anti-Israel and pro-Islam), then uses his Israeli-funded think tank Labour Together to ensconce his own man, the deeply unpopular political outsider Keir Starmer as the head of the party.

(McSweeney’s machinations are astounding: Starmer becomes an MP in 2015, is made a shadow secretary the following year, and takes over the part just four years after that.)

Starmer’s handler McSweeney plays a central role in choosing Labour candidates for the upcoming election, with Peter Mandelson reportedly involved. Whistleblowers say the pair purged those they didn’t like and installed candidates favorable to the Overlords.

(This is almost certainly the case for my “local” MP. He’s never even lived in my constituency. He’s actually from 260 miles away, where he — wait for it — ran a pro-Israel think tank.)

10 Downing Street

McSweeney eventually gets Starmer elected Prime Minister thanks to Boris and Truss nuking the Conservative Party, but winning with a smaller vote share the leftist Corbyn lost by.

Starmer makes McSweeney his 10 Downing Street Chief of Staff.

McSweeney makes Starmer make Peter Mandelson the UK’s ambassador to the USA with top-level security, despite failing security checks and being an obvious threat to U.K. national security.

All is well.

Peter Mandelson is the nation’s highest foreign diplomat to the world’s most powerful nation.

The Overlords are happy.

No one knows Peter Mandelson’s connections to Jeffrey Epstein, and very few know Peter Mandelson’s connections to Morgan McSweeney, and even if they did, whatever.

The triumvirate will live happily ever after and keep the Overlords pleased as punch.

And then a certain orange-skinned billowy-haired fellow ruins their fun…

Donald Trump

Donald J. Trump gets re-elected.

Under sever pressure from Congress, he releases the Epstein files.

Peter Mandelson is mentioned 5,938 times.

Starmer fires Mandelson to save his own butt.

Starmer then “resigns” McSweeney to save his own butt.

Starmer fires the civil servant who approved Mandelson, to save his own butt.

Epstein is dead.

Mandelson is out.

McSweeney is out.

Is Starmer is next?

The popular theory is that when (not if) Labour gets destroyed at the upcoming May 7th local elections, suffering massive defeats to the new fake conservatives (Reform) and the LGBTQIslamic communists (Green), that Starmer will have to resign.

But the Overlord-Epstein-Mandelson-McSweeney-Starmer network planned for this possibility:

1. Starmer can still blame his fiascoes on others (like his finance minister Rachel Reeves) and throw them under the bus.

2. There’s no one strong enough to lead the Labour party. His handlers purposely surrounded Starmer with unfathomably incompetent and compromised politicians. Dammy Lammy, Angela Rayner, Shabana Mamood, Wes Streeting… not a single one of his ministers is capable or popular enough to replace him.

3. Plus, Starmer holds the nuclear option: He can always kamikaze the Labour party by calling an election, ensuring 75–90+% of Labour MPs lose their seats.

In other words, there’s a chance the U.K. will have to endure another three years of Starmer and the Overlords running Britain.

The Overlords

Let’s say the Israelis are behind all this.

What might their motives be?

• The U.K. is a nuclear nation

• The U.K. is the 7th largest economy is the world

• The U.K. is being flooded with Muslims (4+ million legal, 1+ million illegal and rising by thousands per month.)

• Those Muslims are tactically voting and now have their own bloc in the U.K. Parliament that lobbies 24/7 against Israel

• Anti-semitism is on the rise in the U.K.

• Israel wants the U.K. to be a supporter of Israel (via investment, weapons sales, global politics and diplomacy, etc)

• Israel doesn’t want the U.K. to become a nuclear-arms Islamic-controlled country

So it makes sense that they’d want a pro-Israel U.K. Prime Minister, chief of staff, top ambassador, etc.

To be clear:

• Islam has an unbroken 1,400-year history proving itself as an ideology of conquest, rape, slavery, and murder, having taken over 53 countries and killing 3X more people than the next worst ideology

• Israel has every right to oppose Islam for Islam wanting to wipe Jews off the map

• Antisemitism in the U.K. and elsewhere are unacceptable

But is this ugly mess — involving a pedophile trafficker, his gay secrets-leaking bestie, his Irish protege, and his automaton PM — really the best way to go about getting what they want?

If anything, it seems like it’s backfiring:

• Islamists are now disproportionately over-represented in U.K. Parliament

• Antisemitism is up sharply in the U.K., with yet another attack last week

• U.K. public sentiment is turning against Israel, especially with younger people

• The Green party (fun fact: nearly all Muslim countries have Green flags) is surging in the polls and could potentially form the next government in 2029, ensuring Britain falls forever.

Perhaps the U.K. is a cautionary tale of the side effects of global geopolitics and the machinations of power-hungry forces.

I don’t like foreign interference in any nation’s politics.

I’m of the mind that one should attempt to win one’s argument in a nation’s court of public opinion, not by seizing their levers of power.

If you’re the Israeli government and you want the United Kingdom to be pro-Israel and anti-Islam, there are plenty of moral ways to do so.

This is not one of them.

Who knows how this season of British Politics will reach its finale, but we can rest contented in the fact that it will continue to remain exceedingly interesting and stranger than fiction.

It’s tax-time here in the United Kingdom.

Like most things in this Mammon-worshipping country, it’s complicated.

Back in Canada, our tax year ran from January 1st to December 31st. That made sense.

Here in the U.K., it inexplicably runs April 6th to April 5th.

This means, unlike in most sane countries where the government presents the “2026 budget,” the UK presents their 2026/7 budget. It’s a sign of genuine mental derangement.

But it has me thinking about taxation.

Today I want to share 9 brief Christian perspectives/ideas/principles about taxation, along with 4 things you can practically do to navigate the worst of it.

This is just a conversation. Don’t get (too) worked up if you’re an atheist. ;)

1. Taxes are the result of fallenness

In the beginning, there was no taxation.

In the beginning, there was no scarcity.

No scarcity, no economics, no need for taxation of any kind.

Taxation was not part of God’s perfect plan.

Taxation is a direct result of humanity’s rebellion against the word, will, and way of God.

Throughout the Bible, tax collectors were viewed among the worst of the worst alongside sinners and prostitutes; corrupt symbols of a corrupt system that shouldn’t even exist and will not exist in the Kingdom of God.

2. Taxes are permitted by God

Because He refuses to violate human free will, God allows plenty of horrible human behavior.

Like kingship, which God warns will lead to horrible outcomes (including heavy taxation! See 1 Samuel 8:10–18)

But Romans 13:6 says it pretty clearly: “Pay taxes, for the authorities are ministers of God.”

3. You are not accountable for how wretched governments spend your tax dollars

It isn’t biblically mandated, but mad respect to those who risk life and livelihood to donate the portion of their tax bill that would’ve been used to fund war/abortion/euthanasia/etc to charities that save lives instead.

In Matthew 22:15–22, Mark 12:13–17, and Luke 20:20–26, Jesus is asked whether it’s lawful to pay taxes to Rome. Jesus says, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s.”

The Caesar from Jesus’s teenage years to his crucifixion was a paranoid and depraved despot named Tiberius Julius Caesar. He withdrew to Capri and oversaw a reign of terror and political purges, even of his closest allies.

Ancient writers accuse him of unbelievable cruelty and sadism, including the raping and strangulation of virgins, inventing new forms of torture which I cannot bring myself to write, desecration of corpses, and engaging in extreme sexual behavior including the abuse of boys and girls (even infants) and breaking the legs of those who complained. He killed or forced the suicide of his own adopted son, daughter-in-law, two of his grandsons, his closest advisor and his children, and hundreds of senators, equestrians, and elites, including one who carried a coin with his image into a latrine.

And what does Jesus do with the coin bearing the image of such a profoundly evil man?

Jesus tells a crowd to give him money.

Taxation isn’t the hill Jesus thinks we should die on.

Rest assured, at the end of days, Tiberius Julius Caesar will stand before God and pay for his actions. God is justice and justice will be served.

4. We should treat poverty like war

Under the old law in Deuteronomy 14:28–29, the people of God paid a special 10% tax every three years that was specifically earmarked for people in need, working out to ~3.33% per year to help the very poorest of the poor.

Most countries today spend 2–4% of GDP on their militaries.

How much more should we be investing in loving the poor under Jesus’s law of love?

5. No one in poverty should be taxed

It is wrong to extract taxation from anyone who cannot afford to feed and shelter their families. This is evil and wrong.

Over 1 in 5 people in Britain lives in poverty (14.2 million people including 4+ million children), yet the government still smashes millions will taxation.

In 2019/20, you didn’t have to pay tax on your first £12,500 in income.

But that figure has been frozen near there since then. Government after government insists they “aren’t raising income taxes”, but in reality, inflation is ensuring more and more poor people are forced to pay.

The current tax-free threshold of just £12,570 is frozen until at least 2030/31.

That’s the equivalent of taxing someone who made just £6,500 in 2019/2020. You can’t live on that. Not even close. It’s utterly demonic.

Interesting, under the old law, the tithe on livestock kicked in at animal #10, meaning the first nine were tax-free, and only one cow was due out of the first nineteen. Not to mention that all non-agricultural produce remained completely untaxed. This ensured tax relief for the poorest families, in addition to the other types of support they received.

6. No one wealthier should receive taxation payouts from people who are poorer

“Woe to those who decree iniquitous decrees… to turn aside the needy from justice.” — Isaiah 10:1–2

In my country, the government taxes millions of struggling young working people and hands out free money every month to over three million millionaires.

This is a gross injustice.

This is not a just form of redistribution that Christians support.

Proverbs 22:16 says, “Whoever oppresses the poor to increase his own wealth or gives to the rich will only come to poverty.”

Support needs to be based on true need. 2 Corinthians 8:13–14 makes this pretty clear: “For I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened, but that as a matter of equality your abundance at the present time should supply their need, so that their abundance may supply your need, that there may be equality.”

The focus should always be on meeting the needs of the least, not the richest.

7. We should stop taxing good behavior

“Woe to those who decree unjust laws, and the writers who keep writing oppression, to deny justice to the needy and to rob my poor people of their rights.” — Isaiah 10:1–2

Human beings run on incentives and disincentives.

We need to stop punishing work with income tax and payroll tax.

We need to stop punishing commerce with sales taxes and VAT.

We need to stop punishing development with property tax.

To give you an idea of taxation under Moses, it looked something like this:

• 10% Levitical Tithe (10% of all agricultural production was given to the religious workers for their service. See Numbers 18:21–24; Leviticus 27:30–33)

• 10% Sanctuary Tithe (10% for annual celebratory feasts to be eaten by the contributing family and their religious leaders. See Deuteronomy 14:22–27)

• 10% Charity Tithe every 3rd year (laid up in urban storehouses for religious workers, refugees, orphans, and widows. See Deuteronomy 14:28–29)

• One-time Temple Tax (A half-shekel — roughly 2 days of wages — payable once in a lifetime by every male over the age of 20. See Exodus 30:11–16)

In other words, the annual tax burden was 20% for two years, then 30% in the third year, but 10% of all three years was for parties, and the whole tax system was more of an act of worship, sharing, and mutual support that worked out to an annualized rate of ~23.33%, and even that was only on the produce of the land.

(Later, when the fallen institution of human kingship took over, new taxes emerged. 2 Kings 23:35 reports one taxation was in proportion to an assessment of people’s wealth.)

Notice how there was a small tithe on what the land naturally produced, but not on wealth produced by working with your hands.

This is why I loathe income taxes: Income tax on earned wealth punishes people for adding their labor to God’s free natural resources to create new useable value for others.

Quite interestingly, under the Mosaic law, all monetary income earned from non-agricultural work (fishermen like Peter, artisans like Paul, traders like Lydia, and craftsmen like Jesus) was exempt from income taxation.

8. We should start taxing bad behavior

“And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.”
 — Matthew 24:12

Tens of trillions in economic crime goes unpunished every year. Here’s how:

Capitalism thrives on privatizing gains to the self, while externalizing costs to others. The Cambridge economist Arthur Pigou famously observed that when the production of an item generates negative externalities, the private market will overproduce the item, even beyond what is socially optimal.

In other words, capitalism makes it easy, acceptable, and wildly lucrative to turn a profit despite horrible costs for others. Examples include industrial overfishing, deforestation, cigarette production, and the oil industry filling the ocean and our bodies with microplastics.

An honest, fair, God-honoring, humanity-respecting market would ensure a product’s price includes all of its cost to humanity.

Tax poison

While corporate shareholders poison Britons with the highest level of Ultra-Processed Foods (UPFs) in Europe, U.K. taxpayers will be forced to spend over £225 billion (U$300+ billion) this year on healthcare.

It is good and moral and godly to bear each other’s burdens when it comes to things like car accidents, birth defects, genetic diseases, and other health problems outside human control.

But is it really fair that healthy people who make healthy choices should have to pay the consequences of other people’s willfully bad decisions?

Frankly, a Big Mac meal should cost $50.

Oreos should cost a tenner.

Alcohol should be for special occasions, not bingeing every weekend.

Nicotine products must include a health insurance surcharge that fully covers 100% of the cost of nicotine-related healthcare costs.

Any and all seed oils, artificial flavors and colors, synthetic sweeteners, endocrine disruptors, trans fats, PFAS, and DNA-damaging substances in or on foods must pay their own way.

This will obviously raise the price of these items to true cost, which will give shoppers with a choice: Is it worth it? Many will stop buying in favor of healthier options. This will give corporate shareholders with a choice: Will we create a healthier version of this product? Those who don’t will likely go under. Those who do will win, the nation will be healthier, and healthcare tax expenditure will fall.

Tax pollution

Nations spend tens of billions per year on healthcare costs due to corporations polluting our air, water, and land.

Any company that emits nitrous oxide, tropospheric ozone, CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs, PFCs, sulfur hexafluoride, nitrogen trifluoride, VOCs, particulate matter, heavy metals, POPs, pathogens, radioactive contamination, etc, must price in the full amelioration of their product.

Tax litter

Do bananas really need to come in a plastic bag? Absolutely — if you’re trying to stretch shelf-life in order to maximize profits for shareholders.

Want to get rid of plastics in the ocean and microplastics in your baby’s bloodstream? Tax plastic out of existence.

Tax land monopolization

This is the big one. Land monopolization without recompense to everyone else is theft. Land hoarders should have to pay a fee to the community for their exclusive enjoyment of what rightfully belongs to all.

A Land Value Tax is ​​empirically the fairest tax. It reduces land speculation (land-hoarders benefiting from a rise in land values thanks to community efforts), encourages efficient land stewardship (decreasing blight and empty plots), and it’s non-distortionary (not discouraging productive activities like working, saving, building, or trading.)

People across the political spectrum have supported LVTs, including Adam Smith, David Ricardo, Thomas Paine, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, John Stuart Mill, and Winston Churchill. Milton Friedman quipped that it is the “least bad tax.”

Having an annual land monopolization charge immediately stops people from hoarding land, which drops land prices so nearly all can afford to be sheltered, and the tax money can help the truly needy.

Tax exploitation

The Bible differentiates between earned money (from working with your own hands) and profit (from extracting a profit off the work of others.)

We should tax interest out of existence to wean society off debt.

We should tax rent profits out of existence to wean landlords off property hoarding.

We should tax dividends and some capital gains to move the economy away from $10+ trillion multi-national shareholder monopolies like BlackRock in preference to non-exploitative business models like co-operatives, for-benefits, trusts, not-for-profits, charities, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.

Tax crime

This one is something no one talks about, but it’s a no-brainer.

Let’s say one of the countless Muslim rape gangs in the U.K. abuses 100 little boys and girls in Manchester.

The cost to those children is huge — a lifetime of trauma, therapy, etc.

The cost to society is vast — police investigations, years of court battles, decades of jail time for the gang members.

What do the rapists get?

They get sexual gratification, followed by years of free food, free shelter, free electricity, free heat, free water, free clothing, a free weekly money allowance to spend on snacks and phone calls, free legal advice, free education and training, free healthcare, free prescription meds, and free dental care (something even taxpayers on the outside can’t get!)

What do taxpayers get?

They get to foot the bill.

It costs taxpayers £56,000 (U$76,000) per year to house one inmate.
High-security can cost over £130,000 (U$177,000) per year per inmate.

THIS IS NOT JUSTICE.

True justice requires all criminals to repay:

1. Their full cost to society

2. Society’s lost opportunity cost

3. Full restitution to their victims

Full cost to society

Criminals in prison should be working 60+ hours per week for $0 to cover their own costs.

Society’s lost opportunity cost

If no one committed crime, we wouldn’t need cops, bailiffs, judges, court stenographers, jail builders, wardens, guards, janitors, etc. All these people could have been working productive jobs to actually build up society, rather than maintaining a cost-free life for criminals.

Criminals owe society the compounding wealth they lost.

Full restitution to their victims

Criminals have a direct obligation to compensate their victims, too.

In the Bible, the amount of restitution varied per crime.
120% in Leviticus 6:4–5
200% in Exodus 22:7
400% in Luke 19:8–9
500% in Exodus 22:1

Instead of taxpayers being forced to pay tens of billions each year to support criminals, crime should be a $0 budget line on federal tax budgets because crime, like poison, pollution, litter, and land monopolization, should pay for itself.

Anything less is injustice.

9. Justice decreases the need for taxation

Politicians ignore this reality because they are unjust.

I don’t know why the public doesn’t clue in to this one.

Some example:

• If you allow dishonest money and bankers to inflate the money supply by printing debt-based interest-money out of thin air, inflation guarantees $1 billion in tax dollars buys less next year, meaning incoming service cuts or tax rises. But abolishing this injust does the opposite — a strengthening currency buys more each year, so you can provide just as much service on less taxation.

• If you ban profit on lending (interest on money-lending, rent profit on shelter-lending, etc), the poor and middle class keep significantly more of the wealth they create (economists estimate 30–50% of the price of everyday items is actually embedded profit on lending.)

• If you obey the Bible, ban land hoarding (Isaiah 5:8), and restore land rights to all (countless passages), you decrease the cost of living drastically and eliminate homelessness.

• If you jubilee all debts every seven years — national debt, student debt, mortgage debt, all of it — then your nation’s need for taxation falls through the floor.

Economic justice erases most of the need for taxation.

The Bible is extremely clear: Obedience to God opens His storehouses of blessing.

Tying it all together

Okay, let’s imagine if…

• We invested 3% of GDP in helping people become permanently un-poor.

• We stopped taxing everyone below the poverty line.

• We stopped using tax money to enrich the rich.

• We stopped taxing work, commerce, and development.

• We started taxing poison, pollution, litter, land monopolization, economic exploitation, and crime at their full cost.

• We got rid of dishonest money and strengthened our currency.

• We banned profit on lending, stopped land hoarding, restored land resource rights to all, and forgave old debts.

Would taxes go up or decrease?

Would poverty increase or decrease?

Would justice continue to suffer or would it “roll down like waters”? (Amos 5:24)

The answers are obvious.

The Christian view on taxation obliterates the current Mammon-worshipping model.

What you can do practically

Obviously this article is not tax advice, it’s a theological perspective.

Here are some things you may might to consider regarding tax:

1. Explore how to legally avoid as much taxation as possible

No verse in the Bible encourages illegal tax evasion. Dishonesty and fraud are sins.

Christian pay what is legally owed or due. Romans 13:6–7 says, “For this reason you also pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants… Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue…”

On the other hand, in Matthew 17:24–27, Jesus even pays a tax that he argues he doesn’t even owe.

On the other other hand, nowhere in the Bible does it command Christians to maximize their tax burden.

In Matthew 10:16–23, Jesus warns that persecution is coming and the thing to do is flee. That’s exactly what happens in Acts 8:1–4. The murder of Stephen causes the Jerusalem church to scatter far and wide.

You don’t have to let your government abuse you. You can minimize your tax burden as much as legally possible.

And if you have the ability to move elsewhere and feel called to do so, then go. Some choose to go where they’re treated least-abusively. Others choose to go where they’re treated slightly-less abusively. Radicals sometimes end up in places that are significantly more abusive because that’s where God is calling them to advance His kingdom.

2. Pay whatever tax Caesar demands without complaint or worry

Jesus hints at the idea that taxation is corrupt in Matthew 17:24–27 and Mark 12:13–17 when he suggests kings tax others but not their own.

But that doesn’t mean we should complain or worry about what we’re inevitably forced to pay.

“Do everything without complaining.” (Philippians 2:14) Taxation doesn’t get a complaint pass.

“Do not worry about your life.” (Matthew 6:25) Taxation doesn’t get a worry pass.

It’s difficult, but extremely simple.

3. Express gratitude to God for what Caesar gives back in return

Many governments in history have enslaved their entire populations.

Some still do — I’ve been to North Korea, which resembles a slave plantation far more than anything we’d recognize as a nation state.

But even the big bad government, the utterly fallen state, can be an instrument of God’s justice and protection for the poor. Romans 13:4 says the state is “God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God’s wrath on the wrongdoer.”

1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, “In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” Taxation doesn’t get an ingratitude pass.

4. Get involved in politics or support reformers who care about fair taxation

You don’t actually have to run for office to get involved in politics. (But it really would have to have fewer sociopaths actually holding the reins.)

Plenty of charities, institutes, foundations, and individuals do great work lobbying for fairer taxation.

You can stop throwing away your vote on the main establishment parties and support moral candidates instead.

In the meantime, you can support activists and reformers who are educating, raising awareness, and stirring up public consciousness about the alternatives to the horrid Mammonomics system under which we’re currently enslaved. Belief and worldview drive policy.

For this week’s article, we’re going to have a bit of fun and play a quiz.

But first, a crazy story:

When I was a teenager, I got a job at Tim Horton’s, which is this wretched Canadian coffee-and-donut chain owned by globalist vulture capitalists.

For years, Timmies had been baking their own gigantic donuts onsite, but they’d just switched to centralized donut production in a mega-factory, with local stores receiving huge cardboard boxes full of these little frozen turds to “bake” in what was essentially a giant microwave.

The new donuts were much, much smaller than the old ones.

This was not in any way debatable — on my first day at work, I held an OG blueberry fritter in one hand and an emaciated new blueberry fritter in the other. V2 was a good 30% smaller.

This was the moment when I first realized that shareholders are demon-possessed sociopaths:

The manager handed out these little pieces of paper for us to stand up beside our coffee stations. It was a script of canned responses for what to say when people inevitably complained about the smaller donut sizes.

It went something like this…

Customer: “The donuts are smaller.”

You say: “No, it just looks like that from where you’re standing.”

Customer: “The donuts are smaller.”

You say: “The donuts are actually still the same size.”

I looked at my manager and said, “But this is a lie.”

She mumbled something and waddled off.

I had recently become a Christian and decided there was no way I going to co-conspire with the devil even if it meant I got fired, so I made a joke of it.

A customer would come in and say angrily, “Hey, why are your donuts smaller today?”

Each time, I held up the piece of paper, shot them a conspiratorial grin, and said:

“I’ve been commanded to read you the following: No sir, it just looks like they’re smaller… because they are smaller.”

People got quite a kick out of reading the evil responses I was supposed to give to their objections.

I got dozens and dozens of laughs — and loads of tips — and managed to avoid losing my job.

Within a week, people had adjusted to the donut shrinkflation, so the rest of my colleagues stopped blatantly lying to our customer base.

But let me tell you, I loathe that vile company to this very day for coercing literal children to lie to adults under threat of being fired.

The Inflation Game

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been jotting down all the times I’ve noticed the effects of inflation around me.

The lying government says inflation in my country is 3.2% right now, because they are incentivized to lie — if they reported the true inflation rate (well over 10%), they’d have to pay pensioners more, which means they’d have to tax us more, which means they’ve lose their jobs. So they lie.

Our game today is simple:

Keep track of how many of these signed you’ve seen recently, then comment with your total number, plus any additional signs of inflation you’ve been noticing.

Let’s help each other tune in and pay attention to how true prices are rapidly hyperinflating and our money’s purchasing power is crashing.

_ Self-checkouts at grocery stores

_ Butter in 200 gram slices instead of 1kg bricks.

_ Highly-processed (and highly-profitable) vegetarian and vegan “food”

_ Filler ingredients (canola oil in tomato soup?!)

_ 10 eggs as the new dozen

_ Five apples in a bag that used to contain six

_ $1 fee to reserve a library book

_ $100 to submit a pre-application query to my local county council

_ Rubbish bins collected less frequently

_ Mail delivered less frequently

_ Far less maintenance and non-existent cleaning of public spaces

_ A Bakewell tart made with raspberry instead of cherry

_ Half-loaves of bread as the new standard size

_ A product labels “Almond Extract” that is actually 99% canola oil

_ $250 boots that spring leaks within one year

_ Artificial colors

_ Artificial flavors

_ Artificial sweeteners

_ Candies that were once full-candy are now half-candy-half-marshmallow

_ Guinness in 10 packs instead of 12 or 24 packs

_ A new Guinness ripoff beer for £0.10 cheaper per can

_ “Extra large” onions are the size of the old medium

_ A product labeled “Madagascan Vanilla Extract” that is actually 10% vanilla and 90% invert glucose syrup.

_ “Super Tough” garbage bags that tear with ease

_ Expiry dates just 1–3 days away

_ Fewer organic food options compared to five years ago

_ Bon Maman strawberry jam now lighter in color, sickly sweet, and visibly containing less fruit

_ Socks that last weeks instead of years

_ Products becoming impossible to actually purchase and own for life (you can only access them for a monthly fee)

How to protect yourself against inflation

Let’s go ahead and assume that a.) politicians will continue lying about inflation, and b.) prices will keep going up, quantity will keep going down, quality will keep going down, and ownership will keep disappearing.

We would be utterly delusion to not assume these things will COMPOUND and get WORSE in the years ahead.

What can we do?

Obviously, we have to stop voting for sociopaths and elite-owned parties. To vote for any of them is to throw away your vote and guarantee the further strangulation of your family’s future.

On the day-to-day level, you can take one or more of seven routes to stay ahead of inflation:

1. You can play the game. Exploit others as much as possible. Load up on stocks and bonds and rental properties and every possible extractive asset you can find. Bleed others dry. Then burn in hell. (Sorry, I don’t make the rules.)

2. Start a new country that bans fractional reserve banking and doesn’t let bankers inflate the money supply by printing debt-money out of thin air.

3. Overthow your nation’s establishment through election or revolution. Abolish interest and fractional reserve. Bring back the gold standard, adopt the Bitcoin standard, or re-start sovereign money creation.

4. Move to Switzerland (strict on keeping inflation low) or El Salvador (if you want to live that Bitcoin life.)

5. Go semi, hybrid, or totally off-grid. It’s just math. Groceries and heat and power will cost more each year, so if homesteading’s your thing, there comes a point when generating your own food, firewood, and electricity makes WAY more financial sense than working a wage-suppressed job to pay monopoly prices.

6. Buy durable goods while you still can.

• Don’t become a weirdo hoarder, but if you love a certain pair of long-lasting shoes and your feet have stopped growing, buy a few pairs. After all, the price will go up and the quality will go down.

• Car parts. Light bulbs. Firewood and lumber. A home. Furniture. Raw materials.

• Any item that will last for years, where the price will go up, and the quality will go down… it’s fair game to buy now while you still can.

7. Ditch fiat currency.
Get out of $USD/$CAD/£GBP/etc.
Hold your cash in gold, silver, etc.

This is surprisingly easy to do. I recently used BuillionVault to buy $100 worth of gold and silver in literally four minutes. Note:

As a Christian, I don’t believe in storing up wealth on earth, so I’m not recommending people just sit on Smauglike piles of gold and silver. Money is for spending, giving, and interest-free lending. Saving is for necessities like a house down payment, an upcoming roof repair, car replacement, next week’s groceries, etc.

What I’m saying is that holding any money in $USD/$CAD/£GBP/etc means the guaranteed compounding devaluation of your purchasing power.

But if you don’t hold your spending money in fiat currencies, it doesn’t matter to you if fiat currencies hyperinflate.

Think about it:

If a house costs 10 pounds of gold and doesn’t change regardless of the USD price, then obviously you win.

Now look at how gold “outperforms” (or rather, holds its value) compared to devaluing fiat currencies.

If you’d held all your money in gold instead of $USD for the past ten years, today you’d have more than three times as much spending power:

The moral of the story is that fiat currencies are literal theft.

They’re evil, immoral, and wrong.

Bankers stole 2/3rd of your purchasing power in the past decade.

In the next decade, it will be significantly worse.
